Ken Dinh - Super-smart, hard-working (I first found him on google at 7am on a Saturday morning), honest, efficient, very-reasonably priced, and works to resolve your issue as if you are his only client at that moment. The customer service level is superior! When his computer-fixing competition has you drop off your machine for an indefinite number of days - and Lord knows how $ much $ in the end, Ken is all over it - right then and there. And once you are wise enough to become his client, he will monitor all your machines and can watch / protect them daily (for you) from viruses. Ken try's everything possible to keep you from having to spend $ thousands $ at the god-awful data-recovery lab! Ken is the epitome of what it means to be self-employed and work for the referral - which may be as - if not more important to Ken than the order you give him yourself - extremely refreshing, and complete life-saver for me personally .... its like we like and trust our Dr's - Ken is that for our PC's! read more

This was my visit time visiting a computer repair shop. I did not know what to expect. I wasn't just charged to have an issue fixed I was educated on what the potential issues were. Ken was very transparent, professional, and honest. As far as speed and communication it was off the charts. I would definitely recommend his service because we pay alot for electronics and deserve superior honest service if they happen to go in service. Ken's professionalism and hardworking was definitely appreciate. I was surely thinking this repair would take 3 days but it took 24 hours. Superb Job Ken! This place is wonderful! My laptop stopped working on Sunday before I had to take my finals, including one on Monday the next day. Dell support wanted to wipe my drive and all of my files, which would have been a disaster. I called and was able to do a walk in shortly before close, and Ken did an amazing job. I didn't lose any of my data, he was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond with helping me get my laptop back the next morning so I could do my schoolwork! I really appreciate the excellent service, thanks so much! I highly recommend coming here for your computer repair needs! read more

Life saver! I dropped my MacBook Air last night and of course the lcd was messed up leaving my screen black with crazy lines. I called about 15 places this morning to try to get it fixed asap as I have multiple projects due tomorrow. Only two people answered, here and another place extremely far away. The other place also said it would take 2 days to fix. This place answered and told me he had the screen in stock and could have it done for me within two hours. And he did, with reasonable pricing as well as 30 day warranty. I'm so thankful for this place. Will be coming back. read more

As always, Ken of WFLT did amazing work. This is the second time I've used his expertise and he came in On Time and Under Budget. I brought my Dell Inspirion in because the internet adapter had broken, and Ken fixed it, amazingly. If you need your computer repaired; you need Ken. If the vendor you've taken your computer to says, "it can't be fixed," or they quote an insane price, or they try to sell you an upgrade to boost their commission, you need Ken. Highly recommended, excellent prices and services, from a highly skilled professional. read more

Ken was absolutely amazing. Super nice and friendly. Showed and explained to me what was wrong with my PC. Then showed me price options online for getting the parts. I ended up buying the parts at Micro Center that same night and installing them myself. Naturally I goofed up, texted Ken the next morning, and he had my PC up and running by the end of the day. read more
