And once you are wise enough to become his client, he will monitor all your machines and can watch / protect them daily (for you) from viruses. This was my visit time visiting a computer repair shop. I did not know what to expect. I wasn't just charged to have an issue fixed I was educated on what the potential issues were. Ken was very transparent, professional, and honest. As far as speed and communication it was off the charts. This place is wonderful! My laptop stopped working on Sunday before I had to take my finals, including one on Monday the next day. Dell support wanted to wipe my drive and all of my files, which would have been a disaster. I called and was able to do a walk in shortly before close, and Ken did an amazing job. I didn't lose any of my data, he was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond with helping me get my laptop back the next morning so I could do my schoolwork! Life saver! I dropped my MacBook Air last night and of course the lcd was messed up leaving my screen black with crazy lines. I called about 15 places this morning to try to get it fixed asap as I have multiple projects due tomorrow. Only two people answered, here and another place extremely far away. The other place also said it would take 2 days to fix. This place answered and told me he had the screen in stock and could have it done for me within two hours. I broke my laptop screen I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. When I brought my laptop to ken he worked very quickly to find the screen I need it and got it shipped in ASAP.
