Starting working on the power source issue, also clean up lots of dust, took it outside. Set up the computer, still no power, motherboard is bad. Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Provide great information and explained how to use the drive. While waiting for the data to transfer, Jason was very respectful, kind, understanding. I tell him No, i need an extension for the cpu power connector on my motherboard, to which he claims i need to bring my entire system in to have it "measured," i refused because it is a standard connector (EPS CONNECTOR 4 pin) and decided to go in, after being told they HAVE to measure, strike 2 of him not listening. I drove up there, after a back and forth with a man that acts knowledgable but may not actually be, im told that a male to female extension cable for the cpu power connector is "impossible," and "cannot be found anywhere,". Strike 3. Another review mentioned the owner claiming he knows more than the customer, and its clear that 4 years later mothing has changed. Tl;dr: the owner doesnt listen because he assumes he knows more than you and wants to do a paid diagnostic on your computer.
