Very reasonable pricing and he used everything he could from my old machine. The new machine was done the next day and runs great and looks great. The timing of the computer crash couldn't have been better, I was just about to save files onto a flash drive before a job interview when it went kah-put. What a day! With cautious optimism, I went for a second opinion. Jeff explained to me that the software they had for computer diagnostics performed wonders. Given the demand, I was told it would be a day or two before the computer doctor could diagnose and treat my laptop. I entrusted my laptop to them. And my boyfriend reassured me that my laptop was in safe hands. I waited anxiously. Oh how I dreaded the thought of all the files I had not saved and all the files I would have to recreate. A few days later, I received the prognostic for my computer. I thanked my lucky stars as soon as I heard that I would be able to regain my data. Two days after the diagnostic testing, my computer was released from the computer hospital as good as new. I am so happy to have my laptop back. I also learned that all those times I had rested my laptop on pillows, blankets, and other soft surfaces, I was allowing fibers to enter my computer and blocking air from entering my computer.
