Absolutely amazing service. I spent hours on the phone with my Internet provider over 2 days. They finally told me that they couldn't help me and that it must be an equipment problem. At a friend's suggestion I called Computer Monkey. They set up an appointment for the next morning. Carl, the owner, arrived on time. No sooner did he sit at the computer did my Internet pop up. I couldn't have been more amazed. Interesting that the internet provider couldn't provide a resolution. Best part Carl didn't make me feel like a dummy and my computer is up and running. Fast and reasonably priced service! I'll definitely use them again in the future. They can do it all.

Really sarcastic and unpleasant person. Basically one of those guys who thinks they know it all and if you do or say anything that they "know" in their minds is Incorrect, they act mean. Tried to tell me I didn't pull out a small screw from my dell precision 3660 that I brought to him. Basically a guy I would never send anyone to. How dare he call a customer a liar. Take a pass. read more

Replaced my laptop battery for a price that was less than I would have paid if I had ordered the battery and replaced it myself. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced--a combination that's hard to find in today's world. I will certainly be a repeat customer. read more

Awesome service. Prices were on point. Got my laptop back the same day. Highly recommend!!

They are LIFESAVERS! Last year, they revived my MacBook. This past week, my external hard drive crashed, and I couldn't access 10 years worth of documents. The panic was real! And after being told by the IT guys on campus it would cost $1500 to repair, I figured I'd bring it by. I was told they could fix it, and they gave me an estimate. And what I respected most, was if they weren't able to extract my files, there would be no charge. I almost hugged them today as I picked up the drive with EVERYTHING INTACT. Definitely recommend this place to friends, family and fellow Yelpers. read more

This guys prices are ridiculous! He charges more than what the Apple store charges to fix MacBooks and told me he needed to order the parts from China! How are you going to charge more than the Apple store and use aftermarket parts from China ? Very outrageous! read more

Great place for computer repair. They've replaced some parts on my laptop and took them just a day. Highly recommend!

Took my laptop screen to get replaced. They ordered the part but it was defective. I took it back in for them to look at. I received a call the same day saying they would replace the screen again along with the back on my laptop no charge. Its rare to find a company that really takes care of their customers the way they did today. David is fantastic and very knowledgeable at what he does. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

Please whatever you do, do not take your computer to this location. The staff is rude, and you will take weeks to get you your computer back. When you call to check the status, they treat you like you are a problem, or bothering them. I paid money for a service and had to constantly call to get result. On top of that, they will not allow you the opportunity to talk to the owner to voice complaints. Please whatever you do, do not go to this location ever. You live and you learn. I always try to locate local business vs big box companies. But I assure you , you will not have to deal with this mess at Best Buy if you take your computer in for repairs. There are policies and procedures that must be carried out. I ordered a lap top keyboard and was told every time that the shipment was not in. The straw that broke the camels back is when I called after 10 days, the technician told me that I called to early he would not have an answer for me as the shipment did not come in before 1:00. an to call back tomorrow. I said, why don't you just call me back and let me know, can't you track it to see. Needless to say it has been 14 days, and I have not heard a peep about my keyboard. I am beyond frustrated, I will never use this company again, and I highly encourage whoever is reading this review to consider taking your computer some where else. read more
