My personal experience: I had a VERY specific issue and unfortunately it was MY fault that the issue even happened with my PC. However they could not fix my problem, and charged me for diagnosing without ANY communication about starting or anything regarding diagnosis (I called later in the day I dropped my PC off, no sort of work was done, I called two days later, no sort of work was done, I showed up the next day and supposedly once talking face to face there was a bunch of diagnosing done, and my problem was NOT able to be fixed) If I knew then what I knew now I would have saved money, time, and sanity. Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)

Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Carl came out the next morning, on time, and was ready to go to work! There were a lot of problems after our lightning strike took out the router and all the settings were messed up on our network and domain, including the credit card machine. He had no idea what any of the previous settings were, but recreated our entire network nonetheless, working with comcast and the credit card machine company, including the software company that runs our business. He literally had to rebuild the entire system and network. It took 9 hours, he never got frustrated and always had a plan of action for the next step! He fixed everything at a very reasonable price! I had a problem running credit cards the next day because that machine lost the settings he had put in the day before and he called me after hours to help me out and get it taking cards again! This was definitely above and beyond. I've been dealing with computer tech help for 25 years now, and this is by far the most personal and caring company I've ever come across.
