My personal experience: I had a VERY specific issue and unfortunately it was MY fault that the issue even happened with my PC. However they could not fix my problem, and charged me for diagnosing without ANY communication about starting or anything regarding diagnosis (I called later in the day I dropped my PC off, no sort of work was done, I called two days later, no sort of work was done, I showed up the next day and supposedly once talking face to face there was a bunch of diagnosing done, and my problem was NOT able to be fixed) If I knew then what I knew now I would have saved money, time, and sanity. Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)

He order a part for the power issue, set up time to come to house to install. Jason greet me with professional. Stated who he was, greet with a hand shake. Starting working on the power source issue, also clean up lots of dust, took it outside. Set up the computer, still no power, motherboard is bad. Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. Provide great information and explained how to use the drive. While waiting for the data to transfer, Jason was very respectful, kind, understanding.
