They were nice, and did show up and install the audio and projector after a 3 week delay. Then they delayed the screen by over a month with excuses after excuse. I came across DEFINE and they installed the screen, corrected the improper install of the projector, tuned the audio system to the correct settings(set the sub to correct setting) and were unbelievably good at showing me how to use my system. The best part of the whole process was to learn how much money I saved by using them. I should have started with them. I would have saved over $1500 for the same system.
