They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Would call them again without hesitation if I have any other camera issues.

I agreed to set up security system and he came back two days later to install. Bill was very pleasant and answered all my questions in detail. The entire process was seamless. The equipment and monthly subscription fee is fair. We are very happy with choosing Stay Connected Security, Inc.

Michael and Nick were knowledgeable, professional, and fully explained the work and equipment we needed. They installed a more compact electronic system and app for our overhead speakers, as well as new security cameras and wiring. Woodlands Home Theater had previously wall-mounted a large media-room TV screen for us as well as the family room TV. We will definitely use them in the future due to their value vs. cost.

I'd already purchased two TVs, but he supplied all the wifi equipment, sound equipment, speakers, remote controls - basically everything. It was all high-quality materials. He did all the work himself, too. Jared is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my options to me. When I wanted to add something in the attic, he took a look, and then was able to explain to me how there would have to be expensive HVAC done to accommodate it. I felt like he really wanted me to be able to make choices I'd be happy with in the long run. Equally important, Jared's attitude is great and very friendly. He really cares about what he's doing. It's been a couple years since he's installed my system and I sometimes deprogram something or screw it up. AMN is always very prompt in coming out and resetting things. They have excellent follow-up. I've put them on our community Facebook neighbors page and recommend them when I can.

Jared, from AMN, came over and was quickly able to diagnose that, unfortunately, the subwoofer was toast. Jared did a fantastic job helping me to understand my replacement options. He recommended 2 or 3 subwoofers and gave me a good, better, best scenario that would fit my budget. We ordered it, and he had the rest of the sound system, including the remote, up and running in under an hour. He also took the time to go over the other components of my system and let me know what items were great, medium quality, and which I should consider replacing eventually. A few days later when the subwoofer arrived, he came back and installed it. I'd ended up choosing a subwoofer I'd never heard of before, and it is awesome. The whole surround sound system is working fantastic now. I'd recommend AMN to anyone needing audio video help, and already have.

They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted with my network and security camera setup and then made thoughtful recommendations to improve performance while also keeping costs in check. What really stood out was their efficiency and attention to detail. They found smart, clean ways to run cabling that minimized disruption while maximizing long-term reliability. I got involved with this company years ago, and unfortunately the system has never lived up to the…read moreexpectations that were set during the sales process. Based on my experience, I can't recommend it to others. The sales demo was impressive. They demonstrated a camera capturing a readable license plate from approximately 200 yards away. In real-world use, my experience has been nothing like that. For example, when my neighbor experienced a theft directly across the street, my system failed to capture any usable images that could help identify the suspects or their vehicle. When I raised these concerns, I was told the poor image quality was because I was viewing the footage on my phone. I purchased a high-quality monitor to eliminate that excuse, but the video quality remained well below what was demonstrated during the sales presentation. I also purchased what I believe was an eight-camera system, including a PTZ camera that was advertised as automatically tracking people and vehicles around my home. Despite multiple service visits to "fine tune" the system, it has never performed as advertised. The tracking has been inconsistent, and the overall performance has been disappointing. Another frustration has been the lack of documentation. I was never provided with clear information explaining the capabilities, limitations, or proper configuration of the various cameras, making it difficult to know whether the system was operating as intended or simply not capable of delivering what was promised. Now, with the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, I'm left feeling that many of the promises made during the sales process were unrealistic. Whether the issues stem from overpromising, poor implementation, or something else, the end result has been the same: a system that has not met my expectations despite repeated attempts to resolve the problems. This experience has been an expensive lesson. I genuinely hoped the system would provide the level of security that was advertised, but after years of ownership and multiple service visits, I cannot recommend it. When friends, neighbors, or coworkers ask for advice about home security systems, I encourage them to carefully research other options before making a decision.
