They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Would call them again without hesitation if I have any other camera issues.

I found Tech Mounting Pros using Yelp's "Project" feature after needing a handyman to come install…read morea tv to a bedroom wall in my house. The installer was quick to reply to my messages and questions about costs and time of availability. For one 55" TV the flat rate was $120 which seemed reasonable. I already had the TV mount purchased from online, I just needed someone to put it all together. The technician arrived at the specified time and date. He brought his own tools and vacuum to clean up after the work was done. It took about an hour to get it all done. At the end of the day, the tech did what he was hired to do. To get the tv mounted on the wall. However, after he left I turned the tv on and the top left corner had a pretty large dead pixel. One of those created only by applying too much pressure to the display. Most likely occurred during the lifting of the tv. I was proactive about the whole situation, contacted the tv vendor who I purchased the tv from and they were going to send a replacement tv overnight. I reached back out to the tech after the phone call and explained to him that the tv encountered display damage during the installation process. I didn't make a big deal about it, I just asked if he could return later this week to swap the TV's out. He gave me no pushback and agreed to come back when the new tv arrived. The TV arrived a day later than expected and the tech was not available to come by the day it arrived. I was determined to get this over with because I had to return to work the next day and also had to deal with shipping the damaged tv back so I managed to swap them out myself. Although the tech did offer to return to swap the TV's out at no additional cost I didn't get prorated for the subpar service that was done which is fine but next time if a 55" is too big for one person to mount I suggest maybe bringing an extra set of hands for help.

Reaching out to this business was straight-forward, I emailed them and a kind woman called me by phone to setup an appointment. With any questions that she didn't know the answer to, she redirected me to email it so an electrician can better answer my question. I had my appointment scheduled and the gentleman, Doc, was assigned to perform the inspection. Doc arrived on-time, was detail oriented in his inspection, and was very patient to explain his findings and recommendations on what were a safety concern first, and what could be addressed later. He explained things over the phone thoroughly and explained his thought process and was open to any questions I had without being annoyed. Within a day, I received his inspection report, a quote for the project/repairs needed, and pictures of the inspection. He was also easy to reach by text. Doc was professional, courteous, and responsive. The cost of the inspection, I think, was a decent value. I highly recommend Veteran Electric to anyone seeking a safety electrical inspection and I hope I'm able to say the same about their quality of work when I hire them for electrical projects. Why 5 stars? Because they were quick, on-time and did exactly what we hoped they'd do…read more --- --- --- I had seen G4 mentioned on my neighborhood's Facebook page, but was actually using a different electrician for a smaller job. When I told him that I'd soon be needing a couple of lights and a ceiling foot hung on 20 foot ceilings, he immediately recommended G4. Fast forward about a month and my lights came in unexpectedly early. I contacted Todd at G4 and he was able to come by a few days later. They had 16 foot ladders, which prevented them from having to use scaffolding and made things a lot easier. And lastly, after they left, I discovered that there was a wiring issue because the fan that they installed had a remote that was not working properly. I let Todd know and he brought his guys back a couple of days later to fix it. I'm still amazed at how many people in this industry can be so unreliable and continue to get work, which is why I appreciate a company like G4 so much more. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and were awesome to work with. I don't expect to have too many more issues where I'd need G4 in the future, but if I do, I will happy to use them again.
