When I wanted to add something in the attic, he took a look, and then was able to explain to me how there would have to be expensive HVAC done to accommodate it. I felt like he really wanted me to be able to make choices I'd be happy with in the long run. Equally important, Jared's attitude is great and very friendly. He really cares about what he's doing. It's been a couple years since he's installed my system and I sometimes deprogram something or screw it up. AMN is always very prompt in coming out and resetting things. They have excellent follow-up. I've put them on our community Facebook neighbors page and recommend them when I can.

He recommended 2 or 3 subwoofers and gave me a good, better, best scenario that would fit my budget. We ordered it, and he had the rest of the sound system, including the remote, up and running in under an hour. He also took the time to go over the other components of my system and let me know what items were great, medium quality, and which I should consider replacing eventually. A few days later when the subwoofer arrived, he came back and installed it. I'd ended up choosing a subwoofer I'd never heard of before, and it is awesome. The whole surround sound system is working fantastic now. I'd recommend AMN to anyone needing audio video help, and already have.

We recently needed troubleshooting for our home theater system and my husband made numerous attempts to reach someone at Empire for assistance. Calls were not returned and when he did manage to speak with someone about a service appointment, all he could get was "maybe we can stop by on Friday". Not exactly what we expected given the money we initially spent. Needless to say, no one showed up on Friday. We ended up finding another company that not only returned our calls, they sent a tech out a few days later who quickly resolved our issue. Then he went through our system and pointed out some optimizations that, honestly, should have been made during the installation. When you invest in Control4, any updates/changes have to be made through a dealer, so it's extra annoying when the dealer you purchased through no longer wants your business. We look forward to working with our NEW dealer to install additional home automation and home theater components.

Buyer Beware!! I hired George Grant to install 2 TVs, surround sound, and a security system on a…read morerecently purchased home that I was remodeling. I spent a total of $9533.14. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!
