It still had the old tube and knob wiring and due to this, I could not get insulation installed because that would be a fire hazard. I had three companies come out to bid the job. A-pros were priced in the middle but they offered the best warranty out of the three and one of the companies didn't even plan to pull a city permit. Rene knew exactly what was needed to bring the house up to code. I provided them a list of the existing electrical and the items I wanted changed or added. They followed my list of requests and came with innovative solutions for many of the requests. One example would be the lighting added to my closets. They used can LED lights with motion sensors to avoid open element lights with cords or switches. They were able to use the electric panel I had replaced several years ago and did not try to make me replace it when it was not necessary. The whole job took two weeks to complete with a couple of short trips to finish up items like putting the outdoor lighting wires into conduit and installing dusk-to-dawn lights in the backyard that were on backorder. Every night Rene asked if I had any questions or concerns. Any concerns or questions were always addressed. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They were onsite when the city inspector came out and the job passed inspection on the first pass. They put a lot of work into this job and I appreciate a job well done. I know if I have any electrical issues in the future or need additional work, A-pros will be my only call. Thanks!

After looking at a lot of reviews of firms capable of completing the project it was clearly evident that Parco was the right selection. Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs quality service for a generator or any electrical requirement.

Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house! We most certainly will have them back out! In fact, we've already booked them for another project! Dempey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire. I have since learned all the fixtures and switch boxes, when opened, reveal the old original cloth covered wire. I paid damn near $5000 for the job. Now I have to call out another electrician to fix all this b/c I have renter's in there now. I am aware they come highly recommended, but I CANNOT RECOMMENDED.

What was acceptable workers came out within a few days and diligently worked nonstop for two days until the project was complete. They picked up after themselves before they left each day. It turns out Rikman is selling a scam package along with Generac and Synchrony Bank where they do this bait and switch. They do tricks with payment timings (so you never see a true balance before it is time to make the next payment,) and fine print, and instead of providing interest free payments, they flip a switch. We found out today Rikman together with Generac and Synchrony Bank have collectively charged us more than twice the installation cost, even though we actually had the cash to pay for it in full at the time. The owner pushed us in this direction. They are all nothing short of con men and scam artists. Happy to show you my bills and the initial purchase.
