Dempey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire. I have since learned all the fixtures and switch boxes, when opened, reveal the old original cloth covered wire. I paid damn near $5000 for the job.
