For the normal person with no computer knowledge and want some special treatment or a window into…read morethe computer world I would recommend. My personal experience: I had a VERY specific issue and unfortunately it was MY fault that the issue even happened with my PC. However they could not fix my problem, and charged me for diagnosing without ANY communication about starting or anything regarding diagnosis (I called later in the day I dropped my PC off, no sort of work was done, I called two days later, no sort of work was done, I showed up the next day and supposedly once talking face to face there was a bunch of diagnosing done, and my problem was NOT able to be fixed) If I knew then what I knew now I would have saved money, time, and sanity. Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)

They knew immediately what was going on and had me bring the drive in. It was failing hard, and we were not sure if the 2 TB of data would be salvageable. They ended up getting something like 99.9% of the data off the drive with minimal corruption -- I haven't gone through all 2 TB but so far I haven't found anything corrupted. It was just over $200 to get the data off the drive, which included a new WD Passport drive. Well worth regaining 5+ years of archived projects and photos. High fives all around. Bonus: They remembered my name every time I talked to them! Great customer service.

Since I couldn't bring my computer to them due to mobility issues, they came out to my house. For only $40 they provided me with an "on site" service appointment. Since I'm located in Conroe, TX, I was thinking I probably wouldn't get anything done in just one day...so how surprised I was when within an hour from making my phone call they arrived at my doorstep! Wow what a time saver! The technician who came out was great!! Not only did he diagnose my problem and fix it on the spot, but after everything he ended up charging me only $140 instead of what some of these guys charge. I even had talked to a couple other computer folks before hand...they would give me estimates for anywhere between $125/hr & say it was gonna take them 3 hrs to get the job done. That's all fine & dandy but nooo way I We are very pleased with 911 Computer for their fast and affordable service to our PC repairs. They also offer a 60 day warranty which impressed us!
