They said they had to do a hard re-set that they failed to do when we picked up the phone. After about 2 weeks with the 17 air, i started getting notices that my screen wasn't recognized as an apple screen so it didn't want to auto open with facial recognition. About a week later, i had 2 solid white lines going vertically down my screen. The screen was no sign of damage so the only explanation is their screen replacement. I took my phone back to them and they said all they could do is give me a discount to fix the screen after i paid them $250 the first time. DON'T go to them. They charge way too much and do a shabby job.

I returned to phone repair ambulance today after leaving Apple. I was told $40 was needed to fix the problem. When refused to spend anymore money for repairs I was told it had water damage then the mother board was bad. I took the back because of the screen. It had NO other problems. All I wanted is them to honor their work but instead they attempted to find excuses since I wouldn't pay any additional money why it's not the scree. I wouldn't recommend them for any repair needs unless you have money to give away since honesty is a business practice with them.

Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Holding off on final review. *Received windows key quickly. All appears to be running. If this transaction concludes well I do have other projects to get down and love referring friends and family.

They knew immediately what was going on and had me bring the drive in. It was failing hard, and we were not sure if the 2 TB of data would be salvageable. They ended up getting something like 99.9% of the data off the drive with minimal corruption -- I haven't gone through all 2 TB but so far I haven't found anything corrupted. It was just over $200 to get the data off the drive, which included a new WD Passport drive. Well worth regaining 5+ years of archived projects and photos. High fives all around.
