I brought it into the store to have them take a look at it and see what they can do. The salesman Jacob was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable! After opening the phone, Jacob took the time to try several different scenarios that might be the root cause of the problem. He was very open and honest about the issues with the phone and his limitations as to what he could and could not do. Unfortunately we still could not get to the root problem as it was an issue with the motherboard. Jacob did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or equipment, which I have found to be extremely rare! If I ever have anymore problems with my iPhone, iPad, PS4, etc., I will certainly be coming back to this store!
