He was worth over a hour drive for me to unlock a boost mobile iPhone because everybody else said it wasn't possible to do. I paid 12 months with boost mobile and they promised to unlock the phone after 12 months and they denied it even after that. Phone was bought in cash! So I just couldn't use my phone half the time with boost mobile and needed a better service that provided data while on a phone call. took my phone in around the beginning of September they said they would call when it was ready never called had to call myself to check then get my phone then i went home and it would not turn on at all i charged it the whole day and nothing took it back the lady at the front said that nothing extra was going to be paid another week later i call to ask if my phone was ready and they want me to pay an extra 100$ for my phone for extra parts stating they had to put extra parts like change something that was fine the only problem was it wasnt turning on i dont know what the 100 extra was for i felt scammed when they lady stated i didn't have to pay extra they gave no accommodation or nothing got my phone back 5 minutes into using my phone it turns off so my phone STILL DOESNT WORK and i waited a whole month to get it back and i payed to much when i could of got a new one and also they are never there they open at 11 i waited untill 11;30 and still no one was there and just left read more

I have had a broken screen for awhile That was really nervous about finding a place to fix my iPhone. The person that did it before I thought thoroughly ripped me off. So I researched and yelp save me once again. Not only did Fabio go out of his way to help me and get me a good deal, but it was super fast. It was replaced within 40 minutes. And looks and works exactly the same as if I would've gotten it done At the Apple store. With less than half the price. However he said it's not the exact glass of that Apple has. So far I have not seen any difference in the way it works and I would've never known. read more

This is a great place for mobile phone repair and purchase. We came with my daughter, whose Apple phone's screen would not respond to the touch of her fingers. Zinna and Adeline were fantastic. They analyzed the problem, provided a solution and it only cost $45. We waited while the work was done. Then my wife and I came back in about a week to buy new Android phones. Fabian was fantastic too. He found the phones we needed, transferred all our info and photos, got 2 cases for us and gave us a discount for buying two. I will give one star because it looks like they have updated their website to reflect their actual hours of operation. Business hours posted on the door say they are open at 1100am M-Sat. I went last Saturday to get a price to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced and they were not open at 11:00 so waited a few minutes and left- had other errands to run so no biggie. Went today at 11:00 and the neon sign read closed. I stayed until 11:20 and still no one! Don't post inaccurate business hours please. I actual went on my lunch break and was very unhappy that now for the second time I went here during their "regular" business hours and the store was closed. Decided to jut google a phone repair shop while I was in the parking lot waiting and ran across a place called "cellular repair station" in willowbrook mall. They were amazing- replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen for $70! They are across from Express and I STRONGLY recommend this store. Super nice and attentive- very knowledgeable! read more
