    Dropped my PS5 off to have the disc drive replaced. I was told that the total price would include parts and labor. I opted to spend a little more and have them do a deep clean since they would have it all tore apart anyways. I get a call a few weeks later stating it was ready for pick up. I come to pick up and try it out before I leave. We tried it and the drive makes a clicking noise and didn't work. They rep apologized and said he would get it fixed. Few weeks go by and I get a call to come pick it up. They are saying my disc (brand new game) is bad and that's what broke the disk drive. I bring multiple games to try and the first one worked great. I ask to use the game they suspect causes the damage and was told no as it would void their warranty. I'm getting upset at this point and tell them fine if it breaks it's on me. Then he says well you still owe me another $50 for parts. I argued that when I dropped if off I was told everything was included in the repair bill that's listed as parts and labor on the receipt. The disk drive was able to accept the disk without all the clicking noise and it did give an error message. I initially had this error when I was installing the game will delete and reinstall it when I get home. The new case was dirty and scratched up. Please find a better place that will take care of your product and not try and scam you out of more money that should be included in the original cost.

    Terrible company and practices! Here's my experience from beginning to end and I'd advise you to stay as far away from this place as possible. I went into Cell+ER after I was experiencing a fuzzy screen on my apple watch. So I went in one day in June. I don't remember the exact day but I remember explaining to the worker the issue with my watch; fuzzy screen, which made it completely useless. I want to say it was about 2 weeks before I got a call or text back that my watch was ready. I definitely know that the process was longer than what I thought it'd be to get fixed. I was later informed that the main technician was out on vacation or something along those lines. I got my watch back and was told the screen had to be replaced and not to put it in water or get it wet; which apple watches are waterproof but I was told because they had to open it up that there was no longer a seal to provide the waterproof protection. I should have stopped there because sweating while using an apple watch to workout is a normal occurrence. The very first time I worked out using my watch it started to malfunction. I couldn't swipe to end my workout. This occurred a couple more times before I decided that the watch was useless so I'd have to inform them that their "repairs" didn't work. I brought the watch back to them under the assumption that, I brought the watch in initially and when I received it, it was not fixed. Let me tell you, these folks told me after calling me a few days after dropping it off a second time that it was ready for pickup. I go in thinking I'm just picking up my watch after giving them an opportunity to fix their "repair". They then quoted me a price of $150. So I asked them how is that I have to pay for a "repair" that they didn't fix in the first place. They then stated that the watch had water damage. To which I stated, yeah that's what I was told when they "repaired" it the first time and that it was fixed. Now they are saying its water damage that the technician didn't pick up the first time (Remember I told you that the main technician was out on vacation at the time of my first repair). So I'm thinking how is it that because water damage was missed the first time that I now have to pay an additional $150 on top of the $150 that I paid the first time (a new apple watch costs $329). They then ask me what would I consider fair. To that I stated, you all missed a repair so fair to me is fixing my watch without trying to charge me for it. The owner or manager then goes on this rant about how much the parts are to repair the watch and that he'll drop the labor fee and just charge parts. I expressed that that was bad business. I did however ask if I don't want them to do the repair (because at this point I don't trust their work), then what. They stated that I'd have to pay a $49 diagnostic fee just to get my broken watch back. My initial diagnostic was $25 but now because I don't want to use the repair service it jumps to $49 just to get back a watch that is broken. I feel like the water damage notice in the receipt is just a way to cover themselves from repairs they mess up. Easy for them to say that its water damage and not covered under any warranty as a result. This is my experience with them. If I can turn one customer away from them it'll be worth the time and headache its been dealing with them. Stay far away from this place. Read the reviews! Not just the good ones. Look at the amount of reviews they have compared to other cell phone repair places, and how many people have only reviewed one or two places. Watch how they try to bury this review with other reviews. Go back years and read the ones from when they first opened. I hope my review helps you choose another store.

    No help! They didn't fix my phone properly! The bottom of my screen was coming off and it got wet because it wasn't sealed properly and now it's my fault that it can't be fixed! If they fixed it good then it wouldn't have been an issue, but they didn't!! And trying to give me a so called discount after I already paid $140! What's rip off and crappy work!

    Less two weeks in an otterbox case and I made sure I was careful. I didn't drop it but I'm sure owner will state other wise - A smartphone's rear camera module with three lenses arranged in a triangular pattern, accompanied by a flash, is visible. The device has a reflective, metallic finish and is positioned on a dark textured surface. The image captures the camera area in detail, highlighting the lens sizes and placement.

    Terrible workmanship. They will break your device and then do not give you a refund for the fee you paid for the repair.
