Came here to repair phone again after the Katy location repaired initially. Initial repair was the Apple air iPad 1 but the batter wouldn't charge afterwards. This store replaced the battery under warrenty due to problems from initial repair. Happy with service and customer care. Took about 4 days total to get the iPad back since had to order parts and replace. Wish didn't have issues in the first place but hey I broke my screen accidentally so it okay to wait for repairs etc. read more

Cell ER - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Spring, Texas

This place truly is amazing! My iPhone was acting strange and was not letting me take calls, look at messages or even use it. Before hand I went to another shop and they told me that it would take a few days for them to reboot my phone. Thankfully I decided to come here and the gentleman in the front fixed my phone in a matter of a few minutes! He was so kind and polite. I am so pleased with my experience I had here and will make sure to tell everyone that this is the place to get your electronics fixed!!! 10/10 experience!! read more

This place is amazing!!! 100% recommend this places, I thought my phone was fired from water damage. I went to a previous phone repair place and they told me it was unfixable, so I gave up. A year after it fell in water, I decided that I might as well try again to get it fixed. They completely fixed it in one day and I got all my pictures back. read more

I called to price a new screen for an iPhone 11. The man on the phone says it would be $150. I sent my daughter to get her phone fixed and she called me completely upset because the man told her it would be $300! She stormed out because she was lied to and he LAUGHED AS SHE LEFT! I called back to the business and got an excuse that it was an iPhone 11Pro fo it was twice as much - even though he never asked what version on the iPhone 11 we had. He also made the excuse that he laughs when he's nervous. Ridiculous. But it's Memorial Day weekend and this is the only place that was open. I reluctantly ordered the $300 screen and was PROMISED it would be in the next day 2:30pm at the latest. At 3:00pm my daughter went back and was told it would not be in until the next day! Horrible customer service. Lies. Unprofessional workers. We will never use this place again. read more

I had an insurance claim. Cell + ER went above and beyond. It took a few days, but fixed the problem and replaced some things not on the ins report. Great Place when you need them. read more

So I forgot my iPad on the back of my car one early morning and it got ran over and over and over- thankfully with the invention of find my iPhone it was found! However it was still destroyed. Luck was on my side with Cell ER and the expert hands of Thomas and Roe. They've fixed many of my Families phones before but I had the biggest test of all for them with this destroyed iPad. They accepted the challenge and fixed my iPad when many would have turned me away! Thank you Cell ER! read more

I was texted and called by the owner because of this review. The owner played the "God Bless" and the "be considerate of small business" cards to try and get me to change it. When I told him I was planning to come back this Friday, and if they could fix their mistake I was happy to update the review, he got defensive and told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that it would be another $109. When I explained how I knew it was an error by his store, he stopped responding. 1. The screen is aftermarket, cheap and has a blue tint to it. 2. The ear speaker worked when we dropped it off but no longer works, so calls can now only be taken on speaker phone. read more

Cell ER is the place to go for all your phone repair needs! They hooked me up with fast service and low pricing. The guys at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. My phone looks good as new, seriously! I break my phone multiple times a year (unfortunately) so I'll be back haha. Thanks Cell ER! read more

Very reasonable and patient with me and my daughter. He repaired the screen on my daughter's phone within 15 minutes!!

Worse cell phone repair place in the world. Took my Apple Watch to get the screen fixed, they said the next day it will be ready. Came back the next day, the guy in the front said he ordered a part and it wouldn't be in til 3 days, and for me to come back in 4 days. I came back after a week after calling and no one answering the phone, my watch still wasn't ready. A whole month later they said they can't fix it, which the messed up the watch when they tried to fix it, and told me I can't have a full refund of $70 and gave me $35. So they completely ruined my Apple watch and also took $35 from me and also my time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. read more

Great service!! Roe did a great job and got my phone fixed fast. Will come back if I'm clumsy enough to break my phone again. Edit: I had to go back to get the screen replaced again because there were dead spots on it. The new screen had a permanent white spot that stayed for six months until I got rid of the phone. It shouldn't take three trips to get it right, so I didn't go back. read more

Super quick service when I was in a bind, breaking my charger off in the port. Reasonably priced!

Although the service was slightly cheaper than other places, it is because they will take your phone hostage for eight hours and then when it was ready at end of day it doesn't work. My typing doesn't work, the screen sometimes turns purple, the battery barely lasts half a day, and the whole phone heats up. I am currently having to use voice to text since my screen typing does not work. and although I was using a case And screen protector, within one week The phone dropped maybe a foot and a half onto laminate floor and the back completely cracked. Theres even chips out of it. Don't go here unless you want Really crappy quality and an unworking phone - and to save $20! read more

I've taken our Apple products here twice so far. Each time I've been happy with the prices and service. Our iPads have been ready when promised! I was greeted when I came in and the owner shock my hand before I left. read more

Quite pleased with the service! My daughter cracked the screen on her iPhone and my son's iPad screen was cracked also. Got both of them fixed in about an hour and a half for under $200 and that includes a new iPhone case! A lot less than expected. I'll definitely be back if we have this problem again. read more

My husband and I were in this strip center at another location this week, when he noticed a cell phone repair business. The signage also stated tablet and other repairs were done and since I dropped my Lenova, I needed to have the housing replaced. I found the housing on Ebay and took the part with me to Cell ER today, in hopes it was the right part needed. The gentleman who assisted me thought the part was correct and he could have it back to me in a few hours. He was so very cordial, explained everything to me and the price was better than we were thinking it would be to repair the tablet and for the part, but I learned a lesson. Get a case! Plus, I now have a business I can highly recommend. We are so glad we happened upon Cell ER! read more

I came in For a screen replacement, never come here! My phone glitches non stop, he offered a free screen protector for a good review but a screen protector can't fix his mistake, I suggest splurging and just going to Apple for I phone repairs. read more

Went here because my IPhone XR had a cracked screen. They put a new one on but it wasn't quite right, he realized what the problem was and gave me a better one FOR FREE! ***Please do not do business with this company, they will damage your device*** Nothing but bad service and they damaged my iPad. I had a cracked screen, they replaced with a new one. It took 3 days, I had to call them to get an update on my order. When I did finally pick it up and took it home, the screen lifted off the frame of iPad, it came unglued. Also, my wifi no longer would maintain a continuous connection. I took it back to the store and they never apologized or anything. He glued the screen again and it took 2 days, again no callback nothing, I had to follow up. My wifi still does not work and the business is saying it was not them. Additionally, I paid $49 through the Groupon. The business said they had to charge and additional $20 to round off the new screen. It is a scam, stay far away from them. read more

I have been coming here for years and they are my team! They have fixed numerous items for me and my family and mike is the best! Must go and see them! read more

Took our phone to the one in The Woodlands. They said we needed to replace front and back so we did. Brought it home and got ready to package it up to send for trade in and noticed a small crack on the back at the bottom corner. Of course they refused to accept that they either didn't fix it fully or take any responsibility and we did nothing beyond bring it home, transfer data and erase the phone. So now we're having Dr. Cell Phone on Sawdust fix it. Dr. Cell Phone is cheaper and warranties their work. Stay away from Cell ER!!! They're crooks! read more

Walked in to get my S8 phone repaired, was given the repair price and other options i could do,  so I was not pressured into getting the repair done there.  I found this to be a very professional business and was assured that my phone would be repaired.  If you should need this type service don't hesitate to give them a visit. Great customer service! read more

Husband found this place searching for a nearby repair shop. Everyone in the shop was really friendly. Quote ed 45 minutes to repair so ran some errands and came back an hour later. Phone was ready and it looks brand new. When it was time to pay, their internet was down so they couldn't take a debit card (side note: they only accept debit or cash). I had to go to an ATM to get cash to pay and they gave me an "inconvenience" discount. In short, great customer service and quality work. read more

So far we have taken 3 iPhones here to get the cracked screen replaced. Each time they did it in about an hour even with many other customers coming in. They treated everyone like they were the only one in there. The cost was fair. Not sure the complete opposite one star reviews because I haven't seen any of that here. read more

I took my cloud device here about to two months ago. I told them it had broken and I needed to get the data off the drives. After about a week, they told me they could do the job for $190.00 if I brought a drive in for them to load the data onto. I delivered a large passport drive, paid and asked them to do the job. A week later, I called to find out what was going on and was told it would be ready by Monday. Monday came and went, and I called again. This time they told me it would be ready the next day. I went to pick it up and they returned the cloud device and Passport drive, and did not return the power supply for the cloud device. I got the drive home and checked and there was no data on the passport, they did not do the job. I took the devices back and they said it had been a mistake and the item had not been ready. I called and talked to the manager, he said he would find out what was going on and call me back later that day. Two days later I called him. He told me it was going to cost me an additional $470.00 to do the job I had already paid them to do. I collected my devices with the a power supply (it is not the original one) and collected my refund. To sum this up I would not trust them to repair anything. They will charge you then ask for more money. They do not honor their estimates. I would give them zero stars but the system does not allow that. read more

I came here to get my Mac laptop diagnosed and to see the issue, the guy who helped me said it would be 2 days. He said they would call when it was ready, they didn't. And it ended up taking 3 days. I complained since I was in a rush to use my computer for school during COVID and the guy on the phone was so unprofessional. I was hoping they were going to tell me my laptop could be fixed, but instead they told me it couldn't be fixed. After 3 days and nothing? Wow. What a waste of my time & money. I try out another place & my laptop is fixed with no problems. DO NOT GO HERE. They take their time with things, don't communicate well, and have a rude staff, and also not helpful to a paying customer. I can't believe they told me I couldn't get it fixed, but now it's working brand new. They lie and on top of that it smells like they have cats that live in their store do not recommend going here. read more

Cell ER - The phone after the repair. I wish I had a picture because the phone was incredibly shattered, but you get the point. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Spring, Texas

I go in and the guy immediately tells me what's "wrong" tells me I need a new screen and Bla Bla Bla. I pay the $120 bill hoping my phone is fine. Not even 30 min later my phone starts acting up again. So I go back and the guy said he would do it for free. I'm like great. 10 min later he says with confidence " your phone won't act up anymore, but your phone also does have water damage so that could be the problem it will be $120" so basically they tried charging me $240 on that bullshit when they knew the issue in the first place. They also made my phone worse! Before it was a mild clutch nothing crazy, not it's terrible Don't come here. There is a place near Sams Club off I-45 going that my mom just told me is the place to go. read more

I took my iphone 6 here to fix the screen over a year ago since I had found a Groupon for it. Of course once I get to the store, I am quoted a higher price than what I initially paid for. I don't know much about the internal workings of a phone so I give them the benefit of the doubt and agree to pay the extra $30 more. Before I took it in, all I can tell you is that my phone screen was shattered, but at that time nothing was pixellated and the screen still had touch sensor everywhere I pressed. When I went to go pick up the phone, I noticed immediately that I wasn't able to properly text since I couldn't press down on certain letters since the touch wouldn't respond. I immediately go back and they fixed it for me, which was nice but still an inconvenience. I walk out of the store again only to see 5 minutes later that at the top of my screen is a bright pixel light light that definitely wasn't there before earlier. I take the phone back in again, and he tells me that because of the way I dropped my phone when it shattered there's no way to fix it. Maybe that's true, like I said I don't know much about phones but it's interesting that I didn't have it before and no one told me it would be there forever in the first place. I honestly just wanted the whole thing to be over so I left and didn't leave a review until now. I have taken good care of my phone since then. However, about 9-10 months after I got my phone fixed here, the screen started to raise up and a vertical line began to appear on the screen that caused the area to not respond to touch. I've taken it to multiple places that tell me it's LCD damage caused by a faulty screen and an improper installation from a previous place. To show further sketchiness, the guy who fixed my phone the first time told me that if I RATED CELL ER 5 STARS ON YELP I could come back and get something with a discount. I thought that was kind of an unethical bribe, but now it makes total sense to me why they have a lot of good reviews on here. Maybe what happened to me was in the minority, but I just wanted to warn people that it can definitely happen. Take care of your phones in the first place so you don't have to take it to places like these. :( read more

Amazing service! Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped with my phone. They told me it'd be a while so I decided to wait at the store. I was only there for 15 minutes and my phone was fixed! This place was very cheap compared to most competitors, (all the ones I called at least) and extremely fast. My only complaint is that my wife says her phone screen is now more sensitive than it was before. For example her IPhone 6S during calls is so sensitive now that her cheek activates buttons. Mainly the hang up button. read more

Let me start by saying Ive never felt the need to write a bad review about a place until I came here. I initially took my phone here just because the back of it was shattered, it had no glitches or issues and now my phone has more issues than when I brought it in. After replacing the back of my phone, my mic no longer worked, I couldn't take any videos and I couldn't make any phone calls or facetime's. I took it back in the next day to now get it fixed AGAIN and he told me he had to order some part for it. I then had to come in ANOTHER time wait all day, just for him to tell me that my phone isn't glued as well as it would've been if HE would've fixed it properly & my phone is now glitching. I can make phone calls but the receiving end of the phone call can either barley hear me or hear parts of what I say and on top of that now my phone hangs up the phone calls & shuts off. This place is a JOKE. I paid $200 something dollars just for him to break my phone. I am now having to take my phone to the Apple store and will probably have to buy a new phone because of this. I wish I could put 0 stars because that's what this place deserves. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to pay to have someone break your phone!!! read more

I had a great experience with Roe at Cell ER. I came in for a glass screen repair for my iPhone 6S, but also ended up needing my LCD screen repaired. Roe was very accommodating as I was not prepared to repair both, and had my phone fixed within an hour. He even offered a toy to my screaming toddler and was very friendly to her, which as a mom, I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Cell ER to anyone looking for great work and customer service. read more
