I was in need of ten fire alarm batteries for my business and decided to go to Lowes. Lowes did not have it, how ever one of the associates recommended Batteries + Bulbs. The location was 6 mins away and I needed the bulbs so decided to hit up the store. The store is located in the shopping strip right before 45, if you're coming from Kuykendhal. Parking is not a problem at all. It's a nice size store with a lot of variety. Who knew there was ever THIS many batteries!!? I handed the gentleman the battery I needed and informed him I needed ten batteries. He immediately grabbed a box from the back and walked over towards the batteries. Awesome selection! I consistently find all the odd batteries and bulbs I need at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I love the fact that if you order online for pick up, you get 10% off and it's waiting for you when you walk in. This is a great advantage since the only negative about this store is the location. My recently-purchased refurbished iPhone 6+ just died. It was late afternoon and there was no way I was going all the way to the Apple Store in rush hour traffic. I was feeling kinda frantic because my business depends on this phone. Then I remembered Batteries+Bulbs. Used Yelp to find the nearest location and made an appointment online. Thank goodness they're open until 8PM. Jacobie was awesome. Replaced the battery in my iPhone and fast! My sister and I both had a Batteries Plus in San Diego fix our iPhones. I got my iPhone screen that was cracked, fixed here and they did a great job initially of fixing it but after a few months the entire front of my iPhone started coming off of the front of the phone which caused the screen to work only half way. I doubt I'd recommend anyone to take their phone here. read more

The people at this place are honest and have integrity and great customer service -- I would go back in a heartbeat. I brought in my iphone because the screen died and dropped it off to have the screen replaced. Within about twenty minutes, I got a call from the store -- while they were working on it, the screen had turned on and was working again. They could have easily gone ahead and replaced it and charged me, and I would have never known the difference, but they did the right thing. Thanks to them, I was able to get my data off the phone, when the Apple store told me there was basically no hope. Definitely go here for your iphone issues. I'll also add that my husband did have a screen replaced here (his shattered, no possibility of magically coming back to life), and then it shattered again within a few days and they swapped it out for free. I'm not sure if that is always their policy or they made an exception but either way we were very pleased with how it was handled. Who needs Apple Care when you have Batteries Plus? read more

The guys here are nice and the store has a lot of great items you can't find in big box stores. I took my iPhone 7 Plus here to be repaired and now 1) I cannot see ANYTHING on my phone's screen while wearing m polarized sunglasses like I could before. And if I grip the phone a certain way on the edges it somehow activates the home button or other unintentional commands and messes me up in whichever app I'm using. Thankfully I only got this repaired here to be able to trade the phone in otherwise I would be even more upset. If nothing else they should have told me about the issue with the sunglasses. read more
