I got my iPhone 15 Pro max screen replaced here. I ordered and I they told me it was an original…read moreiPhone screen. After a few days, my screen is starting to freeze and sometimes I just got some black screen. I went back and told them about it. I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I'm skeptical if it is really original considering the timeline, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I honestly hopeful that they are putting the parts I originally ordered and paid for. We will see today. Otherwise I might just ask for refund.

Carl came out the next morning, on time, and was ready to go to work! There were a lot of problems after our lightning strike took out the router and all the settings were messed up on our network and domain, including the credit card machine. He had no idea what any of the previous settings were, but recreated our entire network nonetheless, working with comcast and the credit card machine company, including the software company that runs our business. He literally had to rebuild the entire system and network. It took 9 hours, he never got frustrated and always had a plan of action for the next step! He fixed everything at a very reasonable price! I had a problem running credit cards the next day because that machine lost the settings he had put in the day before and he called me after hours to help me out and get it taking cards again! This was definitely above and beyond. I've been dealing with computer tech help for 25 years now, and this is by far the most personal and caring company I've ever come across. That being said the team members working there are always helpful. They don't always have all the parts I need on hand, but since I'm patient it's a non issue. In most situations the parts arrive that day or the next morning. I have had my daughters go up to the store to have codes read when I couldn't help them out and they always took good care of them including installing the part. All that said I saw they had a negative review rating so I though they deserve a more efficient non emotional bias review so people know that sometimes it's not the business, but the people they are helping that make things difficult. As far as getting what you need at an auto parts store goes this O'Reilly gets job done.

I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place.He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care.

Since AutoZone was completely no help whatsoever, I decided to swing by O'Reilly's instead for a…read moresecond opinion before I go to the mechanic shop. I walked in and another attendant was thoroughly helping a customer search for parts on the computer/cash register. I waited a bit and was greeted by Erick. I asked Erick if they can run code on my vehicle since the "maintenance required" light is on. He explained that if that light is on it means that the car is letting you know that you need an oil change. I told him that I got an oil change at Take 5 in New Braunfels, TX (what I thought was recently). Erick explained that if the oil change has been completed then the light needs to be reset. He said that I would need to take it back to the place I got an oil change, take it to any oil change establishment, or learn how to do it at home. He didn't specify why he couldn't do it, but gave me reliable concrete suggestions. I absolutely loved that Erick explained to me in depth what was going on and why. He is a professional in this field and gave me, the customer information that didn't have prior to coming in. It was absolutely gold star experience! I ask myself why I couldn't get this same experience at AutoZone and I know why because O'Reilly's actually cares about their customers. When I got back to the car, I realized that my last oil change was in September of last year and I am due for another. So he gave me spot on information too.
