Took iPhone 12 mini here because it's close by but communication was unsatisfactory, not only did we have to call every single time to see if the phone was fixed the speakers were not fixed even though he told us they were, he didn't have the battery in stock but did he tell us? Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! read more

Took my phone in because the battery was dying and had to order a battery and some screens to get it fixed. My pixel 7 took it to him. I fixed it. Got it back. Worked for a couple of days and now the battery is dying again and the screen. I can't even use my fingerprint anymore on it. I don't know what's going on with the phone and I live in channelview and I'm not driving all the way to magnolia anymore to get my phone fixed read more

This place has excellent customer service. I called before we went in to change out a battery. First of all, there's someone who answers the phone! They promptly changed out the battery once we arrived. They have a nice waiting area so you can comfortably wait while your phone is being fixed. The staff is very friendly. Very satisfied customer. Came in to get my phone screen replaced so I can trade in to AT&T, my screen was not properly installed and AT&T would not trade in the phone because of that, I called the place and asked for a refund or to change my screen out for my old broken one and I'll take it somewhere else, the lady I was speaking to said she was going to charge me 40$ to get my old broken screen back. She was being so rude about it and even went as far as to call me a liar and saying I didn't go and get it looked at . Would not recommend this place at all. Nope! It was this location Teresa, you were the one I was speaking to, this happened a month ago, the only reason I am bringing this up was being a friend came in for the same thing and had the same problem with her cell phone provider. I had gotten the back of my phone fixed. They broke my screen protect on the FRONT of my phone and made me pay for a NEW screen protector. After I had used my phone for a while i notciced that the flashlight no longer worked and the mic on my phone stopped working. Which is weird seeing how everything worked perfectly before I had brought it in. This place has no idea what theyre doing when it comes to fixing screens. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! read more

They have gone beyond reasonable efforts to fix the ones they could. I feel their charges are very reasonable. They have been there forever and they will be there for a long time. I called ahead to see if they could fix my phone the same day, the very helpful woman checked to see if they had the parts, gave me a quote and said they could fix it while I waited. When I got there the owner was very apologetic because something came up that he had to leave to handle and his other tech was out for the day. They had tried calling me repeatedly a few minutes after I had called. Since I called from my land line and no one was home I didn't get the message. My charging port was wonky and my headphone jack didn't work. He said let me check and realign a couple things and see if I can get it working without taking it apart. It took him about 10 minutes and both issues were repaired. He jumped into his truck and took off. When the woman billed me the minimum labor charge she said that if the repairs don't hold up, bring it back and they would replace the whole assembly and credit me with the labor.
