I would not recommend this place. It was a very unprofessional experience from start to finish…read more The business looked sketchy and seemed more like a smoke shop than a professional repair shop. While I was there, the employee was chewing tobacco and even offering drugs, which made me very uncomfortable. I brought my PS5 in because the HDMI port needed to be repaired. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but it ended up taking almost 4 hours. Just two days later, the same problem came back. I was told the repair was covered under warranty, but when I contacted them, they refused to honor it. I took my PS5 to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they told me the previous repair had been done incorrectly. They found that 25 of the 32 screws were missing, leaving only 8 screws in the console, and one of the internal plates was also missing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. The poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and failure to stand behind their warranty were very disappointing.

So disappointed with the service at the Cypress Creek Pkwy location. I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.

I had them fix the screen on a Iphone 14 and Iphone 17 air. They charged me $480 to fix both ($250…read morefor 17 air). I had to take the 14 back because it wouldn't work with the new screen. They said they had to do a hard re-set that they failed to do when we picked up the phone. After about 2 weeks with the 17 air, i started getting notices that my screen wasn't recognized as an apple screen so it didn't want to auto open with facial recognition. About a week later, i had 2 solid white lines going vertically down my screen. The screen was no sign of damage so the only explanation is their screen replacement. I took my phone back to them and they said all they could do is give me a discount to fix the screen after i paid them $250 the first time. DON'T go to them. They charge way too much and do a shabby job.
