My battery drains faster, the screen dims and raises the brightness on its own without True Tone being on. It's like something off with the camera or sensors. Idk. I tried to speak to the owner about it and he said I must be using my phone more often or plugging it in all night is bad for it. Basically he took no responsibility and blamed my THREE MONTH OLD PHONE for its issues and not THEIR SERVICES when the issues only started after THEY serviced my phone. Go somewhere else or get apple care please.

I called ahead to see if they could fix my phone the same day, the very helpful woman checked to…read moresee if they had the parts, gave me a quote and said they could fix it while I waited. When I got there the owner was very apologetic because something came up that he had to leave to handle and his other tech was out for the day. They had tried calling me repeatedly a few minutes after I had called. Since I called from my land line and no one was home I didn't get the message. My charging port was wonky and my headphone jack didn't work. He said let me check and realign a couple things and see if I can get it working without taking it apart. It took him about 10 minutes and both issues were repaired. He jumped into his truck and took off. When the woman billed me the minimum labor charge she said that if the repairs don't hold up, bring it back and they would replace the whole assembly and credit me with the labor. Nice folks, very professional and knowledgeable.

Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??

My son works in a very dusty & humid environment which had apparently affected the charging port this way. I walked in the store, explained the situation and problem with the phone, the gentleman tech took the phone, excused himself an in less time than it took to look around at the accessories in the storefront, he returned. The phone was working perfectly. If you have problems or issues with your phones, Pads or other devices, give these guys a try. They are fair & good with today's gear! After a few days, my screen is starting to freeze and sometimes I just got some black screen. I went back and told them about it. I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I'm skeptical if it is really original considering the timeline, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I honestly hopeful that they are putting the parts I originally ordered and paid for. We will see today. Otherwise I might just ask for refund.

I went to Sonan Tech in Willis TX for a motherboard repair on my laptop. The repair required to…read morerepair tracers & battery connector on motherboard. They went ahead and accepted the work. Saying it would take one week. Which turned into two weeks before calling me to hand them the charger to run tests. Then turned into another two weeks before I had to reach out. They said they attempted to fix the laptop four times before giving up. I asked if they knew anyone else that could fix it. They said they don't know anyone that could & it's a total loss. When I was returned the laptop. Over half the screws to the laptop & battery were missing. And after examining the work, it looked almost exactly how I turned it in. The connector was still detached, but now flux paste residue, and damage to other areas of the motherboard (possibly from soldering burns). I went to them because they were the closest & highest reviews on google, but their volume of reviews on Yelp don't match, and the fact there's no bad reviews is questioning. The fact that they still charged me a $65 fee just attempting the work is mind boggling. Finding a business that does computer repairs is like finding a quality mechanic. I think it takes more than finding a big name & nice store. You really have to do your research. I've reach out to people on TikTok who show regular soldering/tracer work. They were sympathetic and happy to solve my issue. Which I'm hoping they can still repair after leaving it with Sonan. Don't believe what one company tells you. I've lost trust & time by going to Sonan Tech. I highly doubt I will ever go back again.
