I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I understand that there was an increase in price as every thing has increased due to inflation and that is fine (included photo is of their price increase). But the gentleman that I'm not used to seeing there kept pressuring me to upgrade my screen protector since he stated that they no longer carry the one I had on my phone any more and as he searched for it I was able to see that they have two of the screen protector that I had on my phone. This constant up selling and the constant pressure was making me very uncomfortable about the situation. According to the gentleman that handled my case I can either upgrade for an additional $40.00 or downgrade my screen protector. I did not have the additional funds for the upgrade so I needed up down grading this screen protector even though I had seen the screen protector in their drawer. This deceptive practice of forcing the consumer to upgrade for a significant increase in price or to downgrade the protection threat was not appropriate nor appreciated. I think I might have to start looking for another replacement screen protective device from another company and I'd advise that others do the same or face the possibility of them trying to pressure you to upgrade for a enormous fee or downgrade your protection even though they have your screen protector in their drawers - as it appears that they use the deceptive practices of bait and switch.
