I got my iPhone 15 Pro max screen replaced here. I ordered and I they told me it was an original iPhone screen. After a few days, my screen is starting to freeze and sometimes I just got some black screen. I went back and told them about it. I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I'm skeptical if it is really original considering the timeline, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I honestly hopeful that they are putting the parts I originally ordered and paid for. My son has an IPhone which had developed a charging port that was no longer allowing a charging cable to be fully inserted to charge the phone. My son works in a very dusty & humid environment which had apparently affected the charging port this way. I walked in the store, explained the situation and problem with the phone, the gentleman tech took the phone, excused himself an in less time than it took to look around at the accessories in the storefront, he returned. These guys are great! The technician was friendly, helpful, and honest. My phone had a problem with the power inlet. He fixed it at once. My daughter SUPER cracked her screen on her iPhone and we were able to bring her phone in for the repair and have it fixed within 45mins! Got my screen replaced and it broke again withjn 2 days without being dropped. I was told breaks weren't covered under their 90 day warranty so I paid for another screen which lasted 1 week. When I got it replaced the third time (in 2 wks), it was defective, which was covered under warranty. Unfortunately that screen cracked within 24 hrs. $350 and four 5 screens later, I will never go back. Obviously they use cheap replacement parts and don't care abt making things right. Cheaper to get a new phone and/or pay for phone insurance than go through this pain. Best of luck to anyone who tries this place. So Boi!!!! I came down here to the store during their self-proclaimed hours of operation and yes on a Sunday. As their hours stated that on their phone line information hub and even some kind of Gadget MD "official" or "unofficial" website stated the same hours stated by their phone line hub. I waited out front for over an hour and thirty minutes (90 minutes) thinking they would finally open so I finally checked Google inc. website for further hours of operation guidelines and they stated "the business" (Gadget MD) changed their hours of operation at least 4 weeks ago. I have an iPhone and therefore don't always Google stuff anymore. At first I was thinking I was on that show with Ashton Kutcher- Punk'd, or that they just wanted to sleep all day on A 'Sunday' so I started looking around for cars that could have me on camera. I tried calling their store and with no surprise they didn't pick up obviously. However, they do have an "emergency" (or immediate assistance) line which was as helpful as their 11am-5pm hours of Operation on a Sunday.... ....to my surprise I got lied to about their hours of operation by their phone information hub, their own website and even "Apple Maps" ONLY Google has their updated hours of operation. *Yawn* sooooo sleepy Stayed up an additional 3 hours after work in addition to the 1 hour 30 minutes. Rich- the owner- is a prince of a fellow. The tech I met is very talented and accomplished. The prices are most excellent, and they won't take on a project that is not suited to their skill set. They appear to turn their projects around quickly, and the main cause of any delay appears to usually be that they must order parts. Their location- next to the Conroe Highway 105 Starbucks- and their hours- 10 AM to 7 PM Mondays through Saturdays- are most convenient. They tend not to have recognizable brand-name accessories. Talk about highest repair around town! Older family member got taken advantage of a phone repair for over 320 and the guy tried to explain that it was a great deal for front and back but the back costed $15? So the front alone costed 310? Ridiculous! Also there's no 10% off here. read more

iPad has simple cracked screen. The first repair they used the cheapest looking glass with lines all over it and had to redo it because they glued it on wrong. X1. Next they had to fix it because the screen was gray with weird shadows apparently from heating it up too hot. X2. And the last ditch effort to get it right the screen is glitchy and the home button doesn't compress or work or even work most of the time. I will not be taking it back. Since they horribly messed up a perfectly good tablet that should have been an easy fix, I suggest you take your repairs elsewhere. read more

I would highly advise anyone looking at getting a screen replacement to go elsewhere. I dropped my phone in the pool and came here the next day to get my screen replaced. Ended up costing me $130 and it cracked within the week after I set it down in the grass. I could not afford another $130 replacement and now 2 months later, the screen does not work at all. I am unable to interact with 3/4 of my screen at all and random apps are opened and messages are sent on their own. I'm now having to purchase an entirely new phone. Again, if you're looking to get a phone screen replaced save yourself some cash and some heartache and avoid this place. read more
