Lol Also worth a mention that my phone service provider is net 10 and every month I call in to pay and I saw a poster in the business that said they provide net 10 and it will actually be $10 cheaper monthly for the same coverage I've been calling in to pay for if I go here. They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. We have a Winegard satellite antenna on top of our 2016 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. It was installed by…read morethe dealer when we first bought the motorhome. After only about two years, it (the satellite dish) took a dump on us. When we called the dealership, they told us they couldn't do anything; that Winegard was the only company authorized to repair and service their own equipment. When we contacted Winegard, they told us pretty much the same thing. What Winegard wanted us to do was to remove the satellite from the roof of the RV, package it up and then mail it to them so they could evaluate the antenna and then make any necessary repairs if possible. When complete they would package it back up and ship it to us so we could put the dish back up on the roof. We are currently in Livingston, Texas. While we're here we're having our roof repaired after sustaining some damage from one of the recent storms. In order to make the repairs, they had to take the satellite down. So we said "what the hell"! After surfing around the internet, we found these guys...Sats2Go, a mobile repair service. We gave them a call, they told us that they had worked on Winegards in the past so we made an appointment to have them come out and see what they could do. After about an hour or so, the guy found the problem and replaced the motor. Everything checked out okay. So now, when the roof repair guys finish up and put the A/C units back up, they can put the satellite back up too. The satellite repair guy was a really nice guy, very polite and very professional. He obviously knew what he was doing and he took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why. I would use this company again, and I highly recommend them...

About 15 minutes later 3 out of the 4 were running much faster and he cleaned up the little bugs they get from lack of attention. 1 of the cpu's was toast and he showed me a site were I could purchase a refurbished unit and save money. Life is good and they are now on my speed dial. I know I will be needing them soon enough!
