So happy to finally have fast Internet and be able to support a local business. *** Them being able to provide you high speed Internet is absolutely dependent on line of sight to one of their main towers. I happen to be in a lower area so, to verify they came and did a line of sight drone survey (which was awesome!!). (We did decide to wait for a bit cooler weather to try that again) We are also WOW players, as any online gamer will tell you, lag is deadly, we haven't had a single issue since switching to LAW Wireless, upload speeds are so awesome it took a couple of days to adjust to the instant movement we were seeing in our toons. We still have one major test for it but that will have to wait for my family to come visit as everyone seems to be doing something different but all require internet, I will update after that happens. Customer service was great when I installed a few years ago and even now when I called in with questions regarding my bill. The service agent seemed incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was asking. I wish I had gotten his name but I am grateful to have had him. However, I'm not at all happy with John Wilson. We had to file a claim because the installer ran into an HVAC wire in our attic. It was a Saturday afternoon. So we had to pay a weekend AC service call which was expensive. John Wilson denied the claim stating that the installer didn't run into a wire when we knew he did. Our AC starting blowing hot air right after the the installer came out of the attic. Moral of the story...if you choose Ezee Fiber, don't let the installer go in your attic.

I called multiple times. On recorded lines they told me, over and over, do not pay the bill. They said the charges were in error, they had everything they needed, and they would stop the texts and emails. They said it was their mistake. They sent me to collections for not paying the bill they told me not to pay. They admitted it was their error. They promised they would stop. Then they billed again. This is not a billing glitch. This is a company that takes your equipment, records itself telling you not to pay, ignores its own recordings, and still damages your credit. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and neither hand cares that you followed their instructions. Do not give them your equipment, your money, or your credit. They will keep both and then act surprised when you have proof they told you not to pay.

Throughout the usual elevator music playing as I waited 10+ minutes, the call was interrupted by the standard automated urging to visit a website for help instead. (NO. I NEED HUMAN HELP HOMIE.) This process happened four times over a 2-day span. I fully anticipated the entire process, you know the call-for-tech-support-but-you-end-up-holding-forever-while-repeatedly-being-told-to-just-unplug-it joke? Well, slow clap for Suddenlink Communications because they are masters. My internet service with the company is slow but having 10+ phones, 3+ tablets, 2 laptops, 2 gaming systems and watching 2 internet tv's doesn't make it slower. It keeps right on chugging slow. Slow like pauses during online gameplay, pauses during shows, dreaded spinning circle during internet seaches. For the past week, all electronics are kicked off the internet randomly throughout the day and night. We can't watch an hour episode or play a full game of Madden without being kicked off. Calling is a option besides those wack turn-it-off solutions are wack but calling is such a loooooooooooong process. Livechat has the audacity to require your account number! I'd leave but I came to Suddenlink Communications because I had same issues with another company. Going on 30min+ and no end in sight. I wanted to officially have a response to report but...... geez.... holding past 30min usually ends with the call sounding a fax and hanging up on ME UPDATE!!! My husband was waiting and randomly looked at email with the receipt and noticed two extra charges (in which we never said yes to). When asked what they were Keham M said the $40 was for doing the data transfer and phone set and the $20 was for if the phone ever got water damage we could bring it back and they would fix it... 1. My husband works with IT and could do the data transfer, Keham never said anything about this charge, we would have definitely not paid for that (my husband always does the data transfer for us when we get a knew phone). 2. When asked about the water damage protection being good for any Verizon store he said only their store. We don't even live Conroe. We are just visiting family. Why in the world would we agree to that charge? He swore he told us about it but definitely lied. He knew he was caught in a lie and was like I will refund the two charges. At that point you lost us as a customer. My husband asked for the manager. The manager said he would refund the two charges but my husband was pissed. We told them we wanted to cancel the whole transaction and get my old phone back. He straight up lied.
