The owner personally walked me through the whole process of installation and service. Come installation day, they communicated and were on time. I had a last minute change that they were able to accommodate and went above and beyond to ensure everything was connected and up and running. So happy to finally have fast Internet and be able to support a local business. *** Them being able to provide you high speed Internet is absolutely dependent on line of sight to one of their main towers. I happen to be in a lower area so, to verify they came and did a line of sight drone survey (which was awesome!!). All in all after 10 years I finally have fast Internet from an honest no bull no hidden fee local company!

We are able to stream multiple devices without the dreaded buffering, seemless. We have even hooked up a fire stick to a projector in the yard and had a flawless outdoor movie. (We did decide to wait for a bit cooler weather to try that again) We are also WOW players, as any online gamer will tell you, lag is deadly, we haven't had a single issue since switching to LAW Wireless, upload speeds are so awesome it took a couple of days to adjust to the instant movement we were seeing in our toons. We still have one major test for it but that will have to wait for my family to come visit as everyone seems to be doing something different but all require internet, I will update after that happens. I love that customer satisfaction is a priority with this company, they took the time to walk us through solving a problem that we had created ourselves. Thank you Lindsay, you are awesome.

Suddenlink Communications was extremely difficult with technical support! The automated system was…read morea terror, excessively long wait times, no resolution, etc. Heck, it took 5months for Suddenlink Communications to bury the cable flapping in the wind with each gentle evening breeze. Throughout the usual elevator music playing as I waited 10+ minutes, the call was interrupted by the standard automated urging to visit a website for help instead. (NO. I NEED HUMAN HELP HOMIE.) This process happened four times over a 2-day span. I fully anticipated the entire process, you know the call-for-tech-support-but-you-end-up-holding-forever-while-repeatedly-being-told-to-just-unplug-it joke? Well, slow clap for Suddenlink Communications because they are masters. My internet service with the company is slow but having 10+ phones, 3+ tablets, 2 laptops, 2 gaming systems and watching 2 internet tv's doesn't make it slower. It keeps right on chugging slow. Slow like pauses during online gameplay, pauses during shows, dreaded spinning circle during internet seaches. For the past week, all electronics are kicked off the internet randomly throughout the day and night. We can't watch an hour episode or play a full game of Madden without being kicked off. Calling is a option besides those wack turn-it-off solutions are wack but calling is such a loooooooooooong process. Livechat has the audacity to require your account number! I'd leave but I came to Suddenlink Communications because I had same issues with another company. Going on 30min+ and no end in sight. I wanted to officially have a response to report but...... geez.... holding past 30min usually ends with the call sounding a fax and hanging up on ME UPDATE!!! At 48min, I was able to schedule a tech for the following week.

Once again, they don't listen. Worst cable and internet service ever! They overcharge a month after…read moreservice begins, regardless of what they quote you. You stay on hold for 20 minutes, at least, if you're trying to resolve an issue and they don't explain what this cable/internet issue was, because they don't want you to request a discount fir no service. I'm still waiting for Comcast to finish putting their lines in this area, so I can finally separate from Optimum forever!

Over six months we've had issue and they are still trying to figure it out. WireStar is absolute garbage for internet providers. One of the most incompetent companies out there. If you are looking at apartment buildings or for personal/business use, RUN don't walk from WireStar. Nothing but issues since August 2025 and we are in February now. The internet is slow, always disconnecting, and you cannot access certain sites/apps like HBO, Prime TV, Redditt, etc. All you get is, "We're working on it" when you call or email them. All the other review are accurate. Trying to convince my apartment building to drop them ASAP or give us options. Again, RUN from WireStar.

Wirestar is the bulk provider for my building. It is absolute trash…read more The worst part is? It didn't used to be. We had the occasional, like once every few months, issue or outage. And they always set up a temporary wifi service while they fixed it. Then they did some sort of upgrade a few months ago and since then? I have to go to coffee shops for my video calls, as just an example of how bad the service has become. My building is fighting with them to fix the issue and they have been utterly unresponsive to the concerns. I work from home, so an internet connection is sorta kinda preeminent on my list of must haves. Do not recommend.
