Went here to get upgrade my phone. Knew what I wanted and there was a promo on our account we wanted to use. Everything seemed fine, we purchased the phone the total seemed right and we were doing the transfer. My husband was waiting and randomly looked at email with the receipt and noticed two extra charges (in which we never said yes to). When asked what they were Keham M said the $40 was for doing the data transfer and phone set and the $20 was for if the phone ever got water damage we could bring it back and they would fix it... 1. My husband works with IT and could do the data transfer, Keham never said anything about this charge, we would have definitely not paid for that (my husband always does the data transfer for us when we get a knew phone). 2. When asked about the water damage protection being good for any Verizon store he said only their store. We don't even live Conroe. We are just visiting family. Why in the world would we agree to that charge? He swore he told us about it but definitely lied. He knew he was caught in a lie and was like I will refund the two charges. At that point you lost us as a customer. My husband asked for the manager. The manager said he would refund the two charges but my husband was pissed. We told them we wanted to cancel the whole transaction and get my old phone back. He straight up lied. Definitely don't trust him when going to this store and make sure to check what you are paying for because he straight up stole from us. read more

Rolled into this location 30 mins before closing...my phone was suddenly dropping calls & reception was terrible in the house which was very atypical. I felt bad having to go into a storefront with only 30 mins left before close but I desperately needed my phone for business. I was immediately greeted by Shayan. Easily the friendliest and most helpful Verizon employee I've encountered to date. (Been with Verizon for 6+ years) Shayan's patience and level of customer service was fantastic and frankly very rare these days. He didn't make us feel rushed due to the store closing soon. And he was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to explain & fix the problem. I felt compelled to leave a review. I hope Verizon appreciates this employee. Great service and Explanation of new phone setup. Yajeeh and Jackson took care of me. Walked in last minute To get new iPhone trade in. I had a lot of data and photos to transfer so it took awhile. They were also able to transfer my old 14 case to the new 15 so saved some money there and they also explained the new usb-c connection that I would need for my car for Apple car play. Yes! There will be times when all agents are helping customers. Just have to patiently wait. I didn't have to wait this time. Love this location. Excellent customer service here. Adam assisted me on a dreary Sunday afternoon but his personality and attention to detail made the visit go by very quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, and patiently waited as I sorted through calls with my previous carrier to ensure the phone number transfer took place properly. He asked about my current mobile needs, and offered suggestions without a hard sell. I ended up upgrading my service after chatting with him about options. Do not under any circumstances use this store! My husband and I were flat out lied to over and over! Went in to purchase 2 phones and service. Was told there was a promotion where one of the phones was free with a new service line, and we could also get 2 tablets free! What a deal! Told them what we wanted to spend on the service plan per month. Was told they couldn't give us a true estimate of the bill but it would be around where we wanted to be. Was charged over $600 in store for "sales tax" and service fees. I asked for a receipt and she said she it would be emailed to me. It never was. The next week I saw that our estimated monthly bill would be twice what we were quoted so we decided to return everything and cancel the service. My husband took everything back in perfect condition exactly 7 days after purchase. The sales lady argued with him for over 1 hour about how he couldn't return a single item because a paper in box was torn, the foam lining for the iPad had a tear etc. She was eventually overruled by who I assume is the manager and they returned the phones and 1 tablet. They refused to return the other tablet because we didn't have the box. They then charged over $400 to "restock" the items! They still did not give a return receipt! There is no refund of our $600 "sales tax" yet either! They refused to accept the return of the phone cases and accessories they sold us! Never again! Avoid at all costs! Dr read more

Never again! My husband purchased and activated a 30 Gig mobile hot-spot rig for my laptop. We were told several times that the data would throttle back at the 30 Gig point. Throttle back? NO. Stop? YES. The plan IS NOT unlimited data with 30 Gigs high speed as presented but 30 Gigs total. Filed a claim with Chase at the 28 day point and received a full refund. read more
