You need to "check" your staff. Your employees are very unprofessional and not willing to help. I will be cancelling my service with T-mobile and so will my colleagues. You might want to pull everyone at your location back into training. I only gave this store 1 star because I had to give at least 1 to post my review. On March 14, 2023 I went to the T-Mobile Store because I had lost my jet-pack and wanted to see what it would cost to replace it and remove the automatic withdrawl on my credit card . The employee (Employee Number 4558444) that was helping me told me my jetpack was insured and that I should call for another one. I asked him if I was due for an upgrade on my phone; which was a paid-off IPhone 12. He said I was and we began talking about the IPhone 14. I made it perfectly clear to him I was on a tight budget as I am a 61 year old school teacher- trying to pay off a pricey divorce. I also told him I did not want an IPhone 14 Pro - so you can imagine my surprise to learn I owned one on April 15, 2023! At the store I asked about the phone cases and he said they were pricey and told me it was about $50 and I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I knew Otters are expensive. I asked about the plastic screen protector and I figured they were going to be $15 for one because you can buy them 3 to a pack at Best Buy for about $20. The same employee who informed me about a pricey phone case did not feel the need to tell me the one screen protector was $49.00 almost $50.00! But then he didn't tell me about the taxes either. That was intentional because then I would have asked why I had to pay taxes on a free upgrade and then I would have taken my IPhone 12 and left! I also asked him multiple times about any changes to my phone pill. He would reply only the $5.00 so I figured my phone bill would be about $105.00 - with the auto-pay removed. I knew there was a one time charge connection fee of about $37.00 for the new phone. I was even under the impression the new IPhone 14 (not pro) was a free upgrade and I wouldn't owe anything on it so long as I did not break my contract with T-Mobile. I gave the employee my phone and he began the transfer process and I was there for about an hour and a 1/2. The manager told me they were having issues with my credit card going through and that it was not that uncommon and I could trust him. HUGE MISTAKE! They were on the phone for about 40 minutes trying to sort this out while Mykea tried to get a copy of the credit card receipts. She could only find the one for $37.00 that I signed but not the one that had the approximately $99.00 tax on the phone I did not know I bought and a $50.00 screen protector and the $50.00 otter phone case which I did ok that purchase. I signed the credit card slip for the $37 connection fee which surprisingly went through ok and I thought I would have about $70 on the other charges, but since it didn't go through so I didn't sign it. I was shocked to learn that both transactions were about $213.00! I even asked why I needed 2 different transactions and the manager told me they had to separate the connection fee from the accessories costs. My phone bill went from $100.09 to $175.00! I called the 1-800- 937-8997 on Saturday April 15 and spoke to Brandy for about 40 minutes and she was so helpful! That is when I learned I now own an I Phone 14 Pro and I still owe nearly $800.00 on it! The in-store employee changed me from my current plan (Magenta 55 or 55 +) to a new plan was part of a promotion where for an additional line I could get the IPhone 14 Pro which I did not want in the first place! Nor did I need another additional line! Brandy changed my phone plan back but there was still the issue of the IPhone 14 Pro and the unauthorized credit card charges. I did not approve on my credit card. She suggested that I return to the store and discuss it with the manager and gave me the employee number of the person from March 14, 2023. I was so upset! I was crying. I cannot afford a $175.00 phone bill and I would have never left the store knowing how bad I was getting ripped off! I would have never gone through with the upgrade had I been given all the information. The corporate complaint representative suggested I return the phone but the store would not because it had been more than 30 days (I was at 32 days) and I would have to purchase an IPHONE 12! It is now June 9 and I am still dealing with this! This has been the worst business experience I have ever had! read more

Canceled our service with T-Mobile coverage was slow and not adequate for our needs Was advised by Verizon rep too. Cancel Apple Watch in person at the store, which we drove over immediately to cancel, As we entered the store T-Mobile on the corner of 105 in the 45 highway Conroe, Texas . Four reps mingling around a table just chitchatting . Told Jay ( SR ) we were here to canceled our service for our Apple Watch . T-Mobile representative Jay no you need to make a phone call to the customer service in order to cancel the Apple Watch service. . Called T-Mobile customer service explained that we arrived at the store and was told no you need to call customer service Rep. Called customer service rep reached out to the store Jay said that we never came to the store, and it never happened that we were turned away, which is a bold face lie We need to return back r to retail store T-Mobile at the corner of 105 and 45 hwy, Conroe Texas 15 miles away in order to cancel service on the Apple Watch . read more

Love this Tmobile! Extremely clean, great customer service. OLMAN was my sales associate, very knowledgeable with phones & helped me set up my new Iphone8. I highly recommend him!!! This is the Worse experience I have ever had with Tmobile I have been a customer for 13 years! And never have experience this type of customer service by far the Worse the so called Manager Krista Woods has no experience in customer care hung up 3 times on me! Because she didn't want to provide me with the Reginal managers phone number when tmobile customer care said they could provide me with that number. Do not go to this store avoid it at all Cost! I was up in Conroe, visiting a friend. I stopped in for something and got charged twice, because the card machines weren't working. They would not fix there mistake without me traveling over 60 miles with the receipt and personal bank statement. Let's just say I will never purchase anything in a T-Mobile store again. All of my purchases will be made online. The staff was also very dude and disrespectful on the phone. read more

Although the last review was written nearly three years ago on this store, it doesn't seem like much has changed. Everything the first reviewer said is true. In fact, this store may have gotten worse. My experience was so bad that I ended up leaving the store without buying a phone either. read more
