    Suddenlink Communications was extremely difficult with technical support! The automated system was…read morea terror, excessively long wait times, no resolution, etc. Heck, it took 5months for Suddenlink Communications to bury the cable flapping in the wind with each gentle evening breeze. Throughout the usual elevator music playing as I waited 10+ minutes, the call was interrupted by the standard automated urging to visit a website for help instead. (NO. I NEED HUMAN HELP HOMIE.) This process happened four times over a 2-day span. I fully anticipated the entire process, you know the call-for-tech-support-but-you-end-up-holding-forever-while-repeatedly-being-told-to-just-unplug-it joke? Well, slow clap for Suddenlink Communications because they are masters. My internet service with the company is slow but having 10+ phones, 3+ tablets, 2 laptops, 2 gaming systems and watching 2 internet tv's doesn't make it slower. It keeps right on chugging slow. Slow like pauses during online gameplay, pauses during shows, dreaded spinning circle during internet seaches. For the past week, all electronics are kicked off the internet randomly throughout the day and night. We can't watch an hour episode or play a full game of Madden without being kicked off. Calling is a option besides those wack turn-it-off solutions are wack but calling is such a loooooooooooong process. Livechat has the audacity to require your account number! I'd leave but I came to Suddenlink Communications because I had same issues with another company. Going on 30min+ and no end in sight. I wanted to officially have a response to report but...... geez.... holding past 30min usually ends with the call sounding a fax and hanging up on ME UPDATE!!! At 48min, I was able to schedule a tech for the following week.

    Once again, they don't listen. Worst cable and internet service ever! They overcharge a month after…read moreservice begins, regardless of what they quote you. You stay on hold for 20 minutes, at least, if you're trying to resolve an issue and they don't explain what this cable/internet issue was, because they don't want you to request a discount fir no service. I'm still waiting for Comcast to finish putting their lines in this area, so I can finally separate from Optimum forever!

    T-Mobile has the worst customer service. I have been a customer since 1997. I tried to use their…read moreWiFi system but they don't have good service and could not watch a single movie all the way through. So they sent me another box (different type). It didn't work either and it came with zero instruction. I was told I could take the box to local store to turn it in. When I got there he told me we are Literally going to throw it in a box and put your label on it and mail it in. Great right! No! He wanted me to take it to UPS store so I didn't have to wait. Wait why? You have to wait 45 minutes. No you can't leave it in my store because I'm going to throw it in the trash and you will be billed for it. So if all you are going to do is attach the sticker which I had in hand and mail it back WHY do I have to wait 45 minutes? Ok I'll go to lunch down the side walk. He says let me know when you come back in and I'll put you on the list. I insisted that he put me on the list now since it would be 45 minute wait and lunch would take no more than 20-30 minutes and it is literally 3 doors down. He balked but did finally add me to the list. Now why do I have to give you 45 minutes of my life so you can in his words Literally throw it in a box and mail it? He didn't have to put the label on it that second and I had the sticker with the box. ?????

    Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Willis, Texas's in October. Moved into new house @ had no cell…read moreservice. I went to T-Mobile store and was told cell tower was out of service & would be back online within a month. Fast fwd to January & still no service. Called T-Mobile & cancelled service. Now I just got another bill after 6 months of unacceptable service. I live in the Woodlands Hills Community. Buyer beware. I've been cheated, be better than me! I hate getting ripped off.

    Trying to fond B out why My service and 4 other neighbors…read moreinternet service has been off and all day. Made 20 minute calls to ai voice and could not get them to connect me to tech support - can I bill you for my wasted time? No support. No info. Nothing. Drove to Montgomery Lake Conroe office yelp lists as B open but as of 1:30 sat it is closed with no hours or sign on their door JAVE NEVER HAD WORSE, unresponsive service. Guess my alternative is to contact FCC. MAYBE THEY COULD HELP YOU IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.

    Tuesday I signed up to move my cell and internet service to Optimum. Had I had any inkling of how…read morefrustrating this process would be I would never have switched. That day I had approximately 6 hours on the phone with Optimum. I spoke with at least sixteen different people. The people are not the problem. They were invariably courteous and tried to be helpful. The biggest problem is the inter-office process used to communicate between offices. No matter what number you call, you are always transferred to another office. And in every case each new person asks for the same information, your full address, your phone number, your email address and your passcode. It then takes 3 to 4 minutes while the first person who answers the phone communicates with the person they're going to switch you to. Then the new person asked for the same information again. And if you're transferred a second time you have the same wait and have to repeat the same information again. It's as if this technology company is passing inter-office notes on paper between offices. And that was just for the cell phone transfer. The technician that was supposed to connect up my internet this afternoon was a no show. I received a text message that said the Technician was unable to access the required area. Even after speaking with a supervisor, no one knew what that meant. So after planning my day around a 2 Two. Five o'clock appointment, No one shows up. Today, my first full day with Optimum cell service, I was talking with a credit card company. They sent two confirmation text messages to me. Neither came through. When the company then tried to call me to confirm I was who I claimed to be, that phone call did not connect either. When speaking with Optimum tech support, they said someone would call or text me in 24 hours with a solution. If this continues, I'm moving back to my old phone and internet company. Read the reviews of Optimum and be leery. It may be less expensive, but the real cost may be greater.

As I was walking around the store and there were several different families in, I realized he was the only person working and he was actually helping three of us at one time. He was on his phone helping someone with a new line, he was transferring someone's data who just traded in their phone, and he was helping me with my battery because it's been getting hot lately and I didn't know what I can do about it. Then another family comes in and he goes to quickly assess and let them know that he will be with them soon. AT&T, you need to pay Zane more because he is amazing at multitasking and keeping everyone happy. He was doing the work of the people all with a smile, courteous manner, and everyone was satisfied.

Customer service was great on fixing most of the issues but i was told to reach out to the store and dispute the activation fees. I called and was assisted by a female who hates her job. Told me i should of read the terms and conditions and to return the items, that i already gifted if i was unhappy. I asked to speak with her manager and of course she transferred me to another store. Long story short even when you ask the right questions they lie to make the sale and are useless angry orks when you call to fix the issue. 611 was great they fixed it all!!
