The consultant WOULD NOT take off his mask for her to understand him. He also would not allow her "helper" to take off her mask so the deaf woman could communicate. She was disabled and HE OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE--- and kept requiring the mask. I cannot believe AT&T treats disabled customers this way. It was cruel to watch the way he treated this customer.

He was on his phone helping someone with a new line, he was transferring someone's data who just traded in their phone, and he was helping me with my battery because it's been getting hot lately and I didn't know what I can do about it. Then another family comes in and he goes to quickly assess and let them know that he will be with them soon. Customer service was great on fixing most of the issues but i was told to reach out to the store and dispute the activation fees. I called and was assisted by a female who hates her job. Told me i should of read the terms and conditions and to return the items, that i already gifted if i was unhappy. I asked to speak with her manager and of course she transferred me to another store. I know cell phone stores are maddening and trying to get anything done with any cell phone service…read moreis no fun. But when I came in to the store knowing it's a corporate store NOT a franchise., and asked for some help, switching from AT&T to Verizon. I was greeted kindly and helped by knowledgeable people. I was able to get 2 new phones and switch over relatively quickly and painlessly. During my time in the store, I was able to watch the employees handle a variety of clients firmly if they were rude, but with respect and professionalism. Overall a good experience and the team did a great job.
