    Was asked to call the store manager was put on hold for 45 minutes finally gave up stay away from this place customer service is terrible!

    Fast service, our guy Chris was patient with us... He kept apologizing for AT&T. HA... My issues are with AT&T, not this store.

    Is there a no star review. Horrible customer service. So rude. Just call at&t if you need help these people are clueless and rude as hell.

    I'm giving this review 2 stars because my issue was eventually resolved…read more I had a tiny crack on my IPhone 6...I received a discount coupon in our local flyer for Gadget MD so decided to support our loca community and try them out. I called and asked what the cost would be to repair my phone and how long would it take. I was quoted $109 and "it would only take a few minutes to do". I went to the store and waited apx 30 mins to get the screen repaired and a new glass screen protector applied. Ok, I was pleased and could deal with that. I leave, power up my cell phone and now I noticed a large black shadowed line now running the entire length of my screen. Wait, what, this was NOT there before!!!! I head back up to the store and the kid tells me he must of done that when applying the new screen. Wow, ok. I'm then told they are out of the IPhone 6 screens and I would have to come back. Two days later I go back up to the store and I then leave the phone with the kid (same kid) for apx 1 hour. I come back to pick up the phone and then the phone would not function properly with touch screen features. Whaaatttt??? NOW there's a function issue??? I leave the phone with him yet again and come back in another 30 minutes. I FINALLY pick up my phone and all seems ok with my phone. My low rating is based on the unprofessionalism in getting this semi-simple service done along with the inconvenience to me. This didn't take "a few minutes to do"....FYI

    Install was the only thing to praise about this visit. I have done a lot of business with Zagg and…read morethis particular location in the past with mine and my family's devices (about 6 devices) as well as my company's devices (approximately 173 devices). I understand that there was an increase in price as every thing has increased due to inflation and that is fine (included photo is of their price increase). But the gentleman that I'm not used to seeing there kept pressuring me to upgrade my screen protector since he stated that they no longer carry the one I had on my phone any more and as he searched for it I was able to see that they have two of the screen protector that I had on my phone. This constant up selling and the constant pressure was making me very uncomfortable about the situation. According to the gentleman that handled my case I can either upgrade for an additional $40.00 or downgrade my screen protector. I did not have the additional funds for the upgrade so I needed up down grading this screen protector even though I had seen the screen protector in their drawer. This deceptive practice of forcing the consumer to upgrade for a significant increase in price or to downgrade the protection threat was not appropriate nor appreciated. I think I might have to start looking for another replacement screen protective device from another company and I'd advise that others do the same or face the possibility of them trying to pressure you to upgrade for a enormous fee or downgrade your protection even though they have your screen protector in their drawers - as it appears that they use the deceptive practices of bait and switch.
