I honestly had the best customer service experience I've ever had thanks to Taylenn Allen!! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt taken care of. Terrible experience. I have 5 lines with T-Mobile and sadly this is the closest store... every time that i have a problem with my lines they NEVER Fix the problem. They tell me that i need to call costumer support. The first 3 times i was like okay maybe thats how it works. But i tried to go to a diferent store. And they fix it in 5 minutes. They just don't want to work and get de paycheck that's it. DONT GO THERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME. read more

She was very knowledgeable about the products and services, and answered all our questions in a very clear way. She even helped us updating our information with was long due. I was in this store on 07/19/2024 - there was a lady with tattoo on right arm. I purchased one additional line and since then was charged 150 USD. The second time i decided to check my account and found out that she added another phone number which i never ordered and i was paying for this unknown cell phone number - which is ridiculous. Be careful with this staff!!! read more

Not the best experience at this location not Helpful unless you are buying a phone at this location. Not a lot of workers to assist you Long wait and poor service. You walk in get in a line and they might ask y what you need while they are helping a customer . Then Wait some more and the issue is not resolved I would pass on going to this location... if I could give a -000 in customer service in this store I would give it to them, today when trying to buy some balloons for my daughter's birthday I took the balloons out of the drawers since I had done it in other locations and then I call at employee to inflate them, but the cashier who was there at that time from the box yelled at me in a bad way that I had to tell him first, after that the manager came out very polite but, the cashier referred to me with a very very phrase rude (damn bitch), my Call is to the owners of this store to get this "person" out of the box, someone like her with that shitty attitude is no good at serving customers. We went in and the employees greeted us promptly. We were helped by Luis and Aaron. They were both helpful and informative. I also saw them greet other people who came in. Obviously the process sometimes takes time, for us it was much easier without our kids. I appreciate their honesty and availability. I have no complaints and I would go back. read more

Mobile phone/device stores are all pretty similar in my opinion. When getting a new phone or switching service the process takes time. It can be aggravating when only two employees are available and they are already with customers. However, my experience with the T-Mobile employee was good. He answered questions to the best of his ability and when he made a mistake he owned it and corrected it. read more
