Took iPhone 12 mini here because it's close by but communication was unsatisfactory, not only did…read morewe have to call every single time to see if the phone was fixed the speakers were not fixed even though he told us they were, he didn't have the battery in stock but did he tell us? Of course not we had to call expecting to have a fixed phone just for him to tell us he didn't have the battery, not only that when the phone was repaired he didn't not call us we had to call him and by that time we wouldn't have made it there before they closed. I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??
