I contacted Black Tux, and they told me they will not give me my $225 unless the package is delivered to them. It is just frustrating. The same issue has happened to my 2 other friends in the same event that had ordered tuxedos from the Black Tux, and they had charges on their credit cards after the event because the package was not delivered to Black Tux by the shipping company. Update: After I posted this review, they contacted me and removed the charge from my credit card account. Therefore, I bumped up their rating here. However, I wish they had done this before I had to spend a lot of time communicating with them, researching online, posting reviews for them, etc.

I just decided to return it in store which I've never done before. I usually keep all my items. Wasn't even greeted when I walked in , immediately they said do you need anything??? Like seriously Do you need anything like I was gonna steal or something the way I was approached ..I said I have a return. It's an online return. I presented my receipts and the short lady comes up and she's examining the shirt. Meanwhile, the shirt is brand new with tags never worn, she was examining the shirts, looking at every crevice of the shirt, counting every thread and making the making sure the shirt is in the top notch condition. Trust me, I can understand returning the item the same way you received it, but the way how she was examining the shirt was absolutely ridiculous and made me feel very uncomfortable ..but I have bought many items from Ali and they get knits all over them little beaded balls and then after going delving deeper into their collection, they use cheap synthetic plastic polyester crap who wants to spend $128 for a sweatshirt that number one is going to get beaded and that is synthetic polyester shit!!!! I surely don't need to spend top dollar for a sweatshirt that number one gets beaded number two when I need to return it be treated like a criminal one doing it!!

Instead, I was told, "I wasn't there, so I can't help you," which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Good customer service starts with listening and trying to find a solution, not avoiding accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location.
