I like this location in reference to clothing choices and styles, though the staff member I was with was nice, I felt like I was being rushed while trying on options for slacks/ suit pants. Unless you walk in with a Hermes or a Chanel hang bag.... don't come to this store. I have never felt so uncomfortable and judged in another store like I did today. I was with my daughter, I had on workout clothes, a louis Vuitton crossbody and flip flops on and I was never acknowledged.... Yet every other customer in that store was. When I finally went to the check out area to ask for the item I was walking around searching for 5 minutes prior, the associate put his head down in a way and another associate quickly said "no we don't have any" and looked away.... No help to suggest another item or even apologize. I felt extremely uncomfortable .... beware and stay away. Online only for me. read more

Extremely rude salespeople. Rushing my husband in the changing room. Moving across me without saying so much as an excuse me. Impatient and couldn't get us out of the store fast enough. This was Sunday Oct 5 at 2:55pm. The two white women handling the changing room were rudest. read more

Im usually never do these but like I had such a uncomfortable feeling shopping here today. I don't know if window shopping or just trying on clothes in a store is illegal or something now but I just kept feeling like I was being watched and monitored. I came in with the intentions on just trying some jeans and I think it was one of the managers asked me like how I was doing and what I was looking for ( you know the typical SA talk when they meet a customer) I replied "oh I'm just looking today just wanna try on some jeans" I had a pair in my hair and she suggested that I would I like the take the jeans and put them into a dressing room. And replied with "no that's fine I'm just gonna hold on to these and keep looking around" I don't know is she choose not to hear what I said but she then proceeded to reach for the jeans and grab them and put them in the dressing room. After I literally just said I wanted to hold on to them and keep looking. She takes them and puts them into a dressing room. I'm like okay whatever cool maybe this how they do things here i don't know. picked up another pair of jeans but in a different size but I wanted to try on different pairs with different sizes to see which one fitted me the best!. I have the 2nd pair of jeans in my hand she walks back up and tells me "would you like to put those in a dressing room too" I told her no its okay it's fine I just want to hold on to these and walk around like I said the first time. I start feeling like these people didn't want me walking around in the store with their merchandise because maybe they thought I was going to steal or walk out with it or something so I just hurried up with want I wanted to try on and leave. I'm in the dressing room and she "checks" on me again to see if I was gonna buy them or not after I told her I'm just looking. ( this lady had short curly brown darkish hair and she was wearing a green button up shirt) I didn't ask for her name because I was too annoyed to ask so I walked out and left with her staring at me without her even saying "bye have a good day or anything" i just felt anxious the whole time. Workers should treat every guest with the same amount of hospitality and respect you never know who your talking too!. Hope who ever reads this understands where I'm coming from and like I said I usually don't leave reviews like this but that lady really rubbed me the wrong way today. Not Cool. read more

Felt right at home at first; then for the next hour of shopping the sales associate and manager were of zero help and provided more confusion and less help ... Seems lack of proper product knowledge and training. I liked this store! It's in the Woodlands Marketplace which is a nice area with a lot of high quality stores. The only pain about the location is the parking - we got lucky and got a spot on one of the main streets, but I'm not sure what else your options are. The store is an average sized Jcrew store. All of the regular stuff available. The staff was very friendly and helped me find things when needed. As far as Jcrew goes overall - I love the style of clothes. I love bright colors and the slightly more elegant than casual vibe they have going on. Sometimes, things do seem a bit overpriced, but that's what sales are for! read more

This has always been one of my favorite stores in Market Street and still is. When ever I go in their, people are always asking if I need help and if I am doing okay. The managers Malinka and Megan are very very customer driven and always very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere of the store is something that I really enjoy and I LOVE the product! If people get a chance to shop at this location, you should ask for either of those managers because they are very hard working individuals. read more
