They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

BRAILEY put me in a dressing room and gave me tons of options to go through. It definitely made my shopping experience less stressful. I will definitely be going again with my size card Brailey made for me!

After looking around for 5 minutes Chrystal came over to talk to me about what I was looking for, how the jeans fit and what sizes would work for me. Plan to go next week and take a lady for a Christmas shopping trip. I promise to write a review when we get back. I should have numerous comparisons to other shops in the vicinity. Instead, I was told, "I wasn't there, so I can't help you," which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Good customer service starts with listening and trying to find a solution, not avoiding accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location. They gave me a ticket number and told me to send them the purse. I paid $20.00+ for shipping and $70.00 to insure the purse. After about 3 weeks I received the purse back with a generic check yes or no letter from them. A box was checked off indicating that the purse did not qualify for material defect. I would give 1 star, but my service at the location was good. I would never have expected MK not to stand behind their product. The purse was clearly defective. You could tell by looking at the leather on the bottom of the purse where it was flawless that it was taken care of. I'm going to try to attach a pic so the public can see that the material was quite clearly defective, I mean just imagine dropping $650.00 and the product looking like this in 6 months. Not acceptable! I have already written the BBB and am working on litigation.

We decided to go in and find the dress (they only had one left) it was beautiful but it was a medium and I needed a large. I asked the blonde lady working at the counter if they had it in a large, she said "no normally the hemline exclusives only go up to a medium" honestly I thought that was strange. But I asked about the return policy she said only store credit. I ended up buying it basically just telling myself I'd lose weight to fit into it. Well looking online they did have a large? What was the point of lying??? I'm not sure why these employees at these high end boutiques feel entitled to act snobby & so unhelpful. You'd think they'd be willing to help & if they don't care for customer service then maybe it's time to look for another job. Will not ever be returning to this store. Do better!

I go here due to the suits being custom made but thats not really the case. Admittedly, i have gain weight so they usually don't have my size in store. They'll let me try on what I can and then usually tell me to order online and they'll tailor what they can. The sales persons are nice and generally say they don't have my size due to me being stocky (Euphemism for you're fat, lol). They don't mix the clothes so you order the entire suit as a whole. Meaning, if you where a 50 for the jacket, you have to get the 55 for the pants. You can't substitute to a 36/38 in pants. At least thats what this store told me. I'd say if you're smaller than that then it is a very good store. They just need to make an xl one for me, lolol. I like my suits custom so I just make an appt for Balani or Tom James. I just don't like driving through Houston traffic if you know what I mean.
