I did not like the hard sell at all. Their TV ads make it sound like the insoles/inserts are custom…read moremade. There is an ad with a lady named Teresa who is dealing with plantar fasciitis. In the ad she specifically states, "They (the arch supports) were personally fitted just for me." Then the narrator goes on to say, "personalized arch support fitting". These words imply that the insoles/inserts were specifically made for me. They are not. They are premade hard plastic inserts and foam toppers that come in a variety of prices. The inserts/insoles actually made my feet hurt worse. When I went back to my foot surgeon and showed him what I purchased, he told me that they were the cause of the additional foot pain that I was experiencing. He told me to stop using the inserts and sent me to therapy. Therapy provided me with stretching exercises. I do them everyday. Foot feels tons better and I just wasted good money on hard plastic stuff. Maybe my dogs would like them as chew toys.

It says it's Conroe but it's part of the Shenandoah Mall aka Portofino, which is one of the prettiest shopping centres you'll ever see. I like coming up here although we haven't found any really good deals in this particular store. Still, nice employees and a good spot to wander around.
