The selection is huge, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you're getting. I have a few pieces from 8 years ago, and they're still in perfect condition with no tarnish. If you're looking for statement pieces, you'll definitely find something that stands out. The store is very well-organized, making it easy to browse through the aisles and find exactly what you're looking for. I always leave with more than I planned on buying, but it's hard to resist when everything is so cute and affordable. Smaller than previous locations but still a million purses, bags, hats, scarves, and jewelry. Love this bag which was just $19. While they don't carry the highest quality products, items that I've purchased previously have lasted for a reasonable amount of time. I was interested in buy some summer jewelry last week. I parked the car, it was 94 deg on my car temperature. I walked into the Shenandoah about 40 feet in, and I couldn't breath. THERE IS NO AIR-CONDITIONING!!!! They had small fans sitting on shopping carts, with doors open. It was oppressive in there. I couldn't shop. There was no air in the store!!!! Since it's been over 100 degrees the past 5/6 days, the store must be a danger to the employees with no air conditioning. I will NOT be shopping there any time soon. I've also let my friends know not to go there. Just disgusted by the owner who will not air condition the store for the comfort of there customers, let alone have no refused for their employees. read more

This is the perspective of this store from a male that has no desire to accessorize his fatness. This is one big store split into 3 parts - luggage, accessories and clothing. What is it that my children has brought me too? This is one of the sacrifices you make having daughters. I don't understand this place. I don't understand the appeal. I walk in and it's a bunch of purses, wallets, necklaces, jewelry, stacked in mounds of feminine glory. There is too much estrogen in this place to see why I, as a fat, hairy guy, must be subjected to such sparkly madness. My daughter is actually spinning in this store. You are reading that correctly...spinning...in a dress. This is making my soul hurt. Ladies are smiling and touching everything. The music is constant poor selections. Ladies are face timing all around the store to get perspective. This is madness. Why am I not a Super Saiyan? One Kamehameha wave could wipe out this feminine atrocity. They now have the audacity to be open on Sunday! There is a purse organizer on the counter! They market to get you to buy this inexpensive nonsense and carry it around everywhere. By all that is holy, men, stay away from this store. Just for the record, the chain and choker section is not the section to end it all. I was drug into the clothing store...then sat in my truck and wept as they opted to go into the luggage portion. Just left the store, and had the same experience as another commenter on here. This is my second time coming to Sam Moon. I haven't been in for about 4 years. I come over to this area once a month for my waxing appointments at Sola Salon and since I was early, thought I'd check them out and take my time browsing. As I walked in I was immediately followed around. I almost thought I was being a bit "paranoid" but it was quite evident. They must have an issue with theft? I mean, it will never be Harwin Street (wholesale jewelery wonderland located in Houston) but it's as close as you'll get. You'll have to take a peek in all the stores and my bet is that you're gonna find a lil' somethin somethin....You might just find/score that cool, one of a kind item/treasure! (I'm a nut for jewelry and if it looks awesome and only lasts a few wears.. I'm cool with that. My favorite simple hoop earrings that I would've paid $20+ for .. So I was walking through IAH, minding by business, getting to the rental car shuttle. I was pulling my briefcase behind me as it is on rollers. After I made it down the escalator, my baggage in tow felt lighter. I turned around, and all that I was holding was the handle. The briefcase had totally snapped off!!! Panicked, I rushed back from whence I came only to find my sorry briefcase (laptop, cord, speakers, and presentation materials all within) butted up against the escalator stairs. Luckily no one grabbed it and reported it as a suspicious bag. That would have been a better Yelp story though. So, between meetings the next morning, I stopped at Sam Moon -- I noticed it across the highway from my hotel. The gentleman who helped me ROCKED IT OUT! He know all kinds of stuff about how the cases were built, value, features for the money and all that jazz. Either he graduated at the top of the Sam Moon University class of ''04, or he was brilliant at a making it up. I ended up replacing the now piece of trash (I left it at a gas station), for a new Andiamo briefcase that is equal in size and double the strength of the last overstock.com piece I got last time. It may not be in your hood, but I was planning to head up to the Conroe outlets to find a new case, and I found this one much closer to where I was. The store overall was really clean, and although they bill themselves as a luggage store, they have all kinds of neat crap... like mah jongg sets! You need one of those. read more

Everything you could ever want under one roof (3 different store fronts)? Mischief managed. The left store is mainly clothes and shoes. I usually bypass this section as a plus sized women with big feet, but they do carry cute plus sized stuff, though the pricing is not as good as the smaller sizes. Shoes are cute, but not my size for sure. The right store is luggage and miscellaneous stuff. If you're looking for a Christmas or birthday gift and can't figure out what to get, I guarantee you will find it there at a good price. The middle store is huge and consists of jewelry and purses and hair pieces and brooches and pins and everything. I highly recommend it for hard to find colors for prom or homecoming. If you need/want a purse or handbag for a price that your bank won't laugh at, I've found handmade original pieces for $9.99 that are better quality than the one designers piece that I own. Most of the jewelry is not hypoallergenic so warning for those with nickel allergies. Also fair warning, if you're a sucker for good prices on jewelry like me, you'll spend a lot of time here. I know when it comes to special occasions I am sure to plan a trip here. read more

They closed the location in Austin so when I had a chance to visit the Woodlands over the holiday; I ventured out to their Sam Moon. First, the store was about half the size of the one that we had in Austin so my selections were narrow. I did find a purse, wallet and some earrings but probably would of spent more time there if there were more to go through. I'll be back when I return to the area. read more

I've been to another Sam Moon & was overwhelmed with the selection; I didn't know where to look first. The same could be said for The Woodlands location, only multiplied times three! That's right, there are 3 different Sam Moons side by side. I thought I'd died & gone to Everything I Never Knew I Couldn't Live Without Heaven!!! Then I found out that they are going to be opening a Sam Moon in Memorial City in early July! OMG! I can hardly wait! (it will only be 20 minutes from my home, as opposed to The Woodlands being an hour away.) Oh, please let it be the three store layout like this one is! Holy Purses batman- you walk in and its like a giant purse land. Bins and bins of all different colors and textures and patterns and shapes and sizes. they have jewelry and purse hooks and wallets and wigs and scarves- just about anything you could want.... I didnt see anyone to really ask a question to- but there is security on high alert walking around -, and a big check out area. the prices are pretty decent, and the products range from nice to kinda cheesy. Since I can't review samsclub.com I'm doing it under my local store. I had a fraudulent purchase FOR AN IPAD on my samsclub.com account and called Sams Customer Service to have the order cancelled. Not only could they not cancel my order they didn't offer to help whatsoever. I was told to get my money back from my bank. Well my bank wasn't hacked, it was Sams. Why should my bank be responsible for your crappy policies. Also, they didn't care my account was hacked just told me to change my password. I think it's ridiculous that they were not able to cancel an order a WEEK BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED! There's even a "Cancel this Order" button on the website but it DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I work in IT Networking and I know how easy an order is to cancel, they just choose not to care! My account is up for renewal and I can promise you I won't be renewing. So just so everyone knows, samsclub.com has been compromised and your account is not safe! read more

There were so many things to look at and WOW awesome stuff and affordable prices. As for shopping its a great place to get accessories etc and beautiful purses, jewelry, hats etc.....My complaint is and please pay attention to my post as I am hoping others wont have the same experience. I bought a purse that was dressy and after I got home I decided I would take it back for something more casual. I had the purse in the sam moon bag with the receipt. When I entered the door, the security guard put a bright orange sticker on one of the purse handles and then wrote something on the receipt. When I went to check out I believe the sticker fell off when the cashier took the purse out of the bag. Approval for the transaction had to be made by the MGR. When he saw there was no sticker he proceeded to talk to the security guard, brought him over to me. It was very incomfortable. The MGR made me feel like it was not the purse I brought in, the security guard then said he didn't remember it being that purse. Wow. NOT COOL. Here I was with the receipt on the item. The cashier found the sticker behind the counter. They finally let me do the exchange after I had to explain in detail and plead my case as if I had to prove I was being honest. So I do not like the way the MGR handled me as a customer. The other cashiers are all nice but this situation was totally uncalled for and very disappointing. So if you must do a return make sure that sticker is on your item secured well as not to fall off so you can avoid what I went through. So I took off 2 stars because of that.
