They also had a sale on shampoo and the sale was advertised as Redkin shampoo & conditioner 2 for $34 regular $50. They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

Since my dad wasn't allowed near the fitting rooms (which I understand) I expected staff assistance but I had to ask for help multiple times because I was alone. I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else.
