I've had a pretty tough March with my father passing away, my husband has been extremely ill and I did not get a chance to stop in since it was my birthday month. I love purchasing the Kendra Scott jewelry and getting the little perk you get for doing so. I stopped in on Good Friday, which was yes, April 3rd and I simply asked if I could still get the discount and the manager (blonde lady, there might be more than one manager)....she was super rude and just said, "It's APRIL." NO. I had planned on also purchasing a rather expensive statement piece, but after that answer.....I just wanted to leave. They don't need my money and I can purchase Kendra Scott elsewhere. I don't think I'll ever go back. She could have been nicer about it. I understand it was April, but seriously. A little kindness goes along way, and this lady needs some.

They aren't grateful for you bringing them business. They act like they don't have time for you. "Go to the website...it answers all your questions". Really? And we are standing right there with them in their store. I will never consign with them again, nor will I shop there. Since my dad wasn't allowed near the fitting rooms (which I understand) I expected staff assistance but I had to ask for help multiple times because I was alone. I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else. I told the woman working that it was unfortunate that the shop didn't carry larger sizes. I was told that she had found that larger size women did not want to pay the higher prices which I found incredibly rude and elitist. I pointed out to this woman that just the Shaw I had on cost $180 in San Antonio and that larger women I knew had money to burn.
