Good- It reminds me of the boutiques you see while walking through the French Quarter in New Orleans. Very eclectic and uniquely artistic. They have bright neon colored decor and flamboyant 1/2 mannequins with full makeup on dripping in costume jewelry. I was mesmerized more by the way the store was presenting its wares, than the actual products themselves. I saw a couple of super cute, but expensive jackets, and a beautiful tie- dyed tube dress. They have Miss Me jeans, cute sun dresses, and lots of interesting items, that you are sure not to find everywhere. Bad- It looked kind of hit or miss with the offerings. I was in the store a good five minutes or so, before anyone even bothered to muster up a greeting, and it was half hearted at that. Almost as if, she could hardly be bothered. Hey, everyone has an off day, but if even you don't want to be in there, who will? Maybe they could use some fun music to liven the place up. Unfortunately, the entire experience was worthy of only 2.5 stars, but that's not an option. Ugly- Nothing bad to report although, I will say this store would fare much better in Austin. It is certainly not going to appeal to everyone, as it seems a bit outlandish with a few designers I have seen do well in Europe. The sheeple that like all things beige and typical of Woodland's mall attire, may struggle to find something that fits in with their crowd. They offer an assortment of items from clothes to shoes to accessories and everything in between! The best part? It's also a blow dry bar! Pretty inexpensive to get a blow dry for $40. They use amika products and they are legit. We had Kacie to wash, blow dry and style our hair and she was such a delight! So much fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. She made the experience even better! We look forward to coming back here as there aren't a lot of options in the Lake Conroe area and it's much more affordable than driving to the woodlands!

I've been a Stylist, a salon Manager, a Cosmetologist Educator and I have never experienced a place so unpleasant. This is a Boutique with a Salon inside Owned by Jacey. I was hired as a Hair Stylist, to do Blow Outs, HairCuts, Color, etc In which I was soon turned into a marketing tool...having to go store to store multiple times a week in my own car using my own gas for hours at a time putting flyers on cars and in business windows. Without compensation. I was also paid cash every paycheck (excluding one) and shorted multiple hours as well as not being paid in full commission for over a month. *in which I'm still currently waiting another two weeks to be compensated over $200* The owner is extremely unprofessional, degrading, and her micromanagement over your shoulder is uncomfortable. To constantly tell me I'm not sweeping good enough EVERY WEEK as well as telling me to talk constantly to guests whether they want to talk or not bc she's rather me be overbearing and annoying then silent. Some people come to a salon or relaxation, to to be bombarded with constant questioning. WORST OF THE WORST- she made me the Stylist call multiple guest to get their Credit Card information so she could have it on file...we were yelled at, hung up on and told they would not return. I had never felt so uncomfortable. I LOVED the girls that worked at the Boutique, they were always so sweet! Just so unfortunate they are working for someone like her.

I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else.
