I've had a pretty tough March with my father passing away, my husband has been extremely ill and I did not get a chance to stop in since it was my birthday month. I love purchasing the Kendra Scott jewelry and getting the little perk you get for doing so. I stopped in on Good Friday, which was yes, April 3rd and I simply asked if I could still get the discount and the manager (blonde lady, there might be more than one manager)....she was super rude and just said, "It's APRIL." NO. I had planned on also purchasing a rather expensive statement piece, but after that answer.....I just wanted to leave. They don't need my money and I can purchase Kendra Scott elsewhere. I don't think I'll ever go back. She could have been nicer about it. I understand it was April, but seriously. A little kindness goes along way, and this lady needs some.

They had the shampoo on the rack right in front of the register with a large sign in front of them, but the shampoo that by the sign was not the right size. The shampoo by the sign were the large bottles and were regularly $50/each. They had to page the manager over the salon to the front to find out what the sale was actually advertising. He said that the size of the bottles being advertised were in the back in the salon, but he did go and get them for me. I am not sure why they put that sign in front of the wrong sized bottles. I don't know if they were intentionally being deceptive or if it was an honest mistake. It was kind of annoying either way because it caused me to have to spend a long time in the checkout line, and there was alot of confusion. However I did find a good deal on 2 shirts for myself in the clearance section and my daughter found several shirts that she liked, and I did get the shampoo for a discounted price, so overall it was a good shopping trip, I just wish they had been a little more straightforward about what was actually being advertised with the shampoo/conditioner.

This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

I strongly recommend everyone stop going to this store until the manager hires better employees. Wasted my lunch break and then I had to contact customer service for a refund. That is a joke as well. No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.
