This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

"The Future Starts Today" I ran into an issue with my personal VANS account, having incorrect information placed into the system. I was not able to gain access to my purchase history and purchase points. After communicating with VANS customer service, I then took the information that was given to call the store and I was finally taken care of by the New Manager Angelo. Manager ANGELO, demonstrated exemplary customer service by swiftly and effectively addressing the issue, displaying a high level of professionalism throughout the process. With his impeccably precise leadership skills and respectful approach in finding a solution ensured a seamless positive resolution. That left me speechless. Furthermore, Manager Angelo's considerate communication not only clarified that the fault did not lie with me but also provided genuine reassurance. When I before hand felt there would be no way of correcting this error. This remarkable level of service has instilled in me a renewed sense of trust and eagerness to continue our Sunday Fundays of future purchases for our shoes. At this location. The quality of clothing is superb. I have 6 pairs of Gap jeans I have been wearing for over a decade. I do think their skinny jeans they sell now are too thin and stretchy but that's just my opinion.
