I've had a pretty tough March with my father passing away, my husband has been extremely ill and I did not get a chance to stop in since it was my birthday month. I love purchasing the Kendra Scott jewelry and getting the little perk you get for doing so. I stopped in on Good Friday, which was yes, April 3rd and I simply asked if I could still get the discount and the manager (blonde lady, there might be more than one manager)....she was super rude and just said, "It's APRIL." NO. I had planned on also purchasing a rather expensive statement piece, but after that answer.....I just wanted to leave. They don't need my money and I can purchase Kendra Scott elsewhere. I don't think I'll ever go back. She could have been nicer about it. I understand it was April, but seriously. A little kindness goes along way, and this lady needs some.

Good - Tons of great jewelry in all kinds of styles. I am a huge fan of turquoise and they have plenty to choose from here. Funky necklaces and trendy belts in all kinds of fun designs. I saw adorable little shrugs and plenty of jeans and pants to try on. It's almost Springtime and I saw lots of cute sun dresses, so you may be in luck. It looks like the store caters to a range of ages, especially with the accessories. I am a sucker for sequin headbands and hairbands and I saw a few with my name on them. You better get in there before I do!!! ha ha If you get your hair styled next door you can get a 20% off coupon for non-sale items. Just ask your stylist. I am thinking Friday night blowdry - before hitting the town - plus a cute outfit on sale - now that's a good deal!!! Bad- If you didn't know it was there you might just miss it. Ugly- Nothing to report it's another cute boutique hidden away in Conroe. If you love all things bling and adorable sequin tops with super cute flip flops and boots you will love Cha Cha's.

Instead, I was told, "I wasn't there, so I can't help you," which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Good customer service starts with listening and trying to find a solution, not avoiding accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location. I visited this location on June 26 at 6:30pm. Sephora staff helped as much as they could. Management came and did not do anything other than saying too bad.

They are selective about what they take on consignment so you will find current in style designer items at discount prices. They also have a great assortment of designer purses, jewelry and even boutique bras! Don't forget to check out their sale rack where you can find deeply discounted clothing. If you see something you like, don't wait on it because items move very quickly at this place. I lost out on the perfect Brighton purse by " thinking about it"! Looking for a unique item to wear.? Check out this shop! If you have great items you want to consign, then bring them here! However, you need at least 10 items to start a resale account. They are selective, so you probably want to bring more than 10 items on your first consign in order to open your account since they may not accept everything you bring. Happy shop

RUDE. Defective product = I don't Know what to tell you??? Ladies, come on. That's the best you can do? Then the girl behind the register who had YET to even acknowledge that my daughter and I were standing there tells me she can "take me at the register"....then as I grabbed all 13 of my items and set them to the left of her register with my wriggling daughter in my arms. I have always enjoyed shopping at Maurice's, however, the last two visits have made me reconsider…read moreshopping there. I typically look at their website before going into the store. This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.
