3.29.22 It's always nice when you come across a really nice helpful sales associate. Rosanna was working in the jewelry dept. and she was so nice and helpful with my daughter. Thanks Rosanna!!! This is the best TJ MAXX. I drive pass the location in Cypress and drive 25 minutes to this location. The store is tidy and the selection of purses, jewelry and makeup are always the best here. If you are in the mood ti do some great shopping then this should be your first stop. read more

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is this the most unorganized messy dirty TJ Maxx, but the manager here Natalie is the most rudest nastiest person I've ever dealt with in my life. She needs retraining and customer service. I see how she always makes exceptions for certain people, but others she gives a hard time. I definitely gonna be calling up corporate and taking this a step further with her attitude. read more

Great location. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. The employees here are super helpful and nice.

I've been here 3 times since the pandemic. The staff is welcoming. When you first walk in the cart area, they greet you, wipe down the cart so you can see them actually clean, and then another member in the store presses a clicker as she greets you, too. All staff wear masks and gloves. There's social distancing and one way stickers on the floor. Not all customers follow the one way lanes, but they do wear masks because it's enforced. I believe the store capacity allows only 150 people from the sign outside the doors. Fitting rooms are closed. The cash registers have plexiglass for extra safety. Each time I've been here, I've found great finds and have had an excellent customer service experience. They've even reduced an item for me that had a missing bowl. Kudos to this TJMaxx location. So, come shop here, support the business and the staff that need to work to support themselves and/or their families. I'm sure you'll find something. ;) read more

Looks like someone deleted the old tjmaxx page because I had photos and a review. Anyways, wont be back to this place anytime this year. I went today and as I placed my items onto the counter I was yelled at to get on the red line which i wasnt done placing my items. I told her I was sorry she said no problem. She then asked if I wanted a cred card and I'm just thinking if your gonna yell at me to get back before I'm even done why would I want a card to shop here even more. As she was done ringing me up she walked away so I could place my money on the counter i thought was weird. She came back rang up my money put my change and my receipt done and ran away. I said have a good day and I didnt get anything in return. Lady as you walk in she was nice lady as you walk into the door looked at me weirdly then said hello how are you. Weird shopping experience didn't feel welcome at all. I felt like I was a walking infection and the lady needed to run from me. Yall have one older lady that works here and she takes the time to talk to me so nice she was the reason I kept coming back. Everyone else is antisocial. read more

So I've been tons of Tj Maxx stores because, well I'm cheap. Came out here after eating at uncle Julio's, and was pleasantly surprised! The store is still relatively new and isn't in disarray like the other ones I have been to. The folks that work there actually genuinely want to help you and was asked 3 or 4 times if I was finding what I was looking for. Maybe they thought I was going to steal and I got extra attention? Either way, was a nice surprise from the other ones I had been to in the past. While I won't shop here often, I will say it's a nice store and when I'm not feeling like a miser, I'll come back. I can't give TJ Maxx a rating because of how terrible management disrespectfully treat its employees. In my second observance of management and employees, while a friend of mine was shopping, I observed how a manager disrespectfully restricted an employee from taking their break as required by every blue collar institution. Instead of managers standing around with their arms folded or held behind their back observing their employees like the Nazi Gestapo, maybe they could get their own hands dirty and make themselves useful for a change and give their employees a hand so their employees have time to get their breaks. Needless to say, it's an unprofessional, disorganized, and messy environment. No wonder nothing can get done due to lack of help from management. If you're the supervisor, treat your employees with respect and dignity so they can treat the clients and customers with more respect. Not to call out names but since it's necessary that they clean up their own act before biting the heads off of the employees, it's best to mention I was able to acquire their names, Natalie and Mehesh. TJ Maxx needs to employe better management that looks out for the hourly wage employee so sales in the store can skyrocket. I have a hard time stepping foot into this TJ Maxx due to its unprofessionalism towards its employees. read more

Arrived at 9:20 and notice people were walking in. So I thought, ok.. they opened early. I took my son and we walked in. Upon walking I was approached asking if we were card members. I replied no. And the lady at the front says I couldn't not be in here till 9:30. Which was stupid in my opinion. Because it was 10 min till open. Needless to say. Like most T.J. Maxx great product but severely understaffed and long lines to check out.

I've been coming to this store since opening and wait at 9:30 for opening to see new rae Dunn products and collectibles! Well they other day I was walking up and an employee let some ladies in early when doors were still locked. After they opened they allowed these ladies to block off rows and continue to shop. It was rude, and was against store policy! I spoke to employee and wanted a manager and they lady working up front saw nothing wrong with allowing her friends in to shop before the store was open, knowing anyone else was waiting. The ladies begin to tell me they knew a worker and she hides stuff for them. Since they couldn't get me a manager I figured I'd reach out this way since the store doesn't honor policies. read more

Employees are rude and a management is not understanding in anyway. Don't recommend coming to this establishment. There are clearly better places to conduct shopping then this place. Probably gonna be out of business soon anyways. read more

This store always has great finds. I had to exchange about 6 polo shirts I'd purchased for my son due to size and the manager was very helpful and professional she didn't mind helping and was very patient. It only took about 10 minutes to get it all squared away. I recommend this location over the others. The store is always clean and very well organized. Thanks and keep up the good work!! read more
