The heavier set lady was so rude to me and my small group of friends when we entered. She treated us like children and told us to not touch or pick anything up if we aren't buying anything in HER store. She then followed us up two aisles and said at 7:27, "we closing soon, y'all better get out of here and stop playing in my store, go back to AMC theaters", mind you we weren't at the theaters nor are we children, nor were we causing disturbance. She's just rude as hell to some grown ass adults. I don't recommend this store just due to customer service being ass. read more

Service can be a hit or miss with this location. At times the workers can be super helpful, and there are times where they talk to you in a condescending way. Makes me hesitant to even want to shop here, however the location is conveniently close to home. I like the surrounding stores that I can easily walk to next door. I find it's difficult to navigate through the narrow aisles, especially with a cart. Majority of the time I make a quick in and out of the store to help decrease the overwhelming small tight spaces. Overall, I think the location is clean and organize. Plenty of parking and easy access. However, I do prefer online shopping for this store, due to the overwhelming amount of items they carry, it's hard to find what you're looking for, along with the tight space. read more

I stopped into bed bath and beyond to get something off a wedding registry this evening and got very frustrated, very quickly when I thought I had the item being held for me at customer service, just to find out by a not very helpful or friendly BB&B employee that it was held at all and that I needed to find the item myself. I asked her where I could find it and she pointed in a general direction and told me to go ask the registers counter. She wasn't helpful at all and I was about ready to just walk out of the store all together and get the bride and groom something at target. I went back to the registry counter and the woman back there was so friendly and understood and sympathized with my frustration and helped me not only find the registry, but make recommendations when what I was going to purchase (I thought it was a set of sheets for $59.99...turned out to be ONLY 2 pillow cases for $59.99) was no longer something I was willing to purchase. She looked over the list, asked my budget and recommended two items that were perfect. This woman should be working at the front, as she was amazing and I almost didn't meet her due to the terrible person working at customer service counter! read more

Nicely stocked store. The checker went the extra mile to open my copper compression glove to see if it fit before paying for it. Good thing, because I would of had to exchange it for a smaller one. I usually shop on line. I'm a kid in a candy store here. Not sure if this area has an issue with theft; but security was following us ALL OVER the store. First I thought they had an eye on somebody; and then they had me surrounded, every isle I turned. LOL. I'm glad the Staff knows me at the store near my house. I didn't take it personal. Great customer service! I've been to this location a couple of times, but yesterday when I went was when I received stellar customer service. There were so many employees on deck and I probably had 6 ask if they could assist in any way. I tried a latte sample with a woman from Breville, with the Nespresso. So glad! After having a horrible experience at a different retailer the previous day, I came here to get what I needed for our new kitchen. The experience was completely different, and I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the nicest employee helped me find what I needed and when it wasn't in stock, helped me by ordering it online. I found the other things I needed, and a few I just wanted, which ALWAYS happens to me there, LOL. I got in line and there were only two people in front of me but another associate appeared and opened a register just for us. When something didn't have a price, she rushed to find the item and then came right back and still apologized for the wait. Finally! I am very satisfy with their new location, much easier to find and its huge. As far as selection goes you'll find mostly everything there, and if you couldn't customer service is great. I remember I went in for a bed set, it was a style that came out about 6 months ago and they where sold out, I didn't realize that because I was stuck in the aisle looking for the set, two guys came and offered to help look for it, they weren't in uniform but regular clothes and let me just say it was amusing to see two guys looking for my bed set. It reminds me of why you should never send you husband to the store to get anything for the house, but never the less it was a great effort I didn't get the exact set I want but we ended up finding something similar and it was cheaper. read more

I was searching for an item on clearance today and the lady in the department took her time to search CLEARANCE with me and she found exactly what I wanted. I would give it a 5 stars just because of how the store is set up and how clean it is. But I have it a 2 star because the employees here are rude. I was checking something out and it was 7:05 and one of the employees asked me if I needed help finding anything and I told her no. Asked for her to find my receipt via credit card and you would've thought I asked for her to clean my car for free. Best experience I've had at this store. I came in looking for a juicer and a possible gift for my grandma. Alyssa greeted my friend as I as we both walked in and asked what we were looking for. She led us to the section of kitchen appliances and showed us the exact juicers we were looking for. We immediately grabbed the juicer and then she directed us to the nespresso machines. She made us a coffee and immediately sold us on a espresso machine. She personally directed us and thoroughly made sure our coupons were applied and checked us out. Hubby and I stopped in after church just to look around, looking for nothing in particular. We stopped to look at a Dyson display.. The Dyson rep, Ms. Gordon came up and started chatting with us. She was very personable and easy to talk to. We asked a lot of questions going back and forth between the different options available. She never seemed impatient and just continued to answer our questions. We finally decided to go the the higher end model. Opps, out of stock! Are you kidding me? That poor rep. I would think that if you have a rep in the store the manager would make SURE they had enough in stock to sell. Isn't that the point? Ms. Gordon took us up to the counter and assured us we could order it online and the shipping would be free. That's great but we wanted it that day. So she had the sales associate check nearby stores and their stock. Cypress had 8 so that's were we headed. Now Willowbrook location doesn't get the credit for the sale and the sales rep doesn't get the credit either (she did tell us she's not on commission but we all know how that works) The lady still needs kudos for a job well done. ESPECIALLY since we had no idea we were even in the market for a vac. I would think the store manage, knowing there is a rep in their store would have checked the stock to make sure they were fully prepared. And even if they had sold out, go do a transfer and get them from the stores that are sitting on 8-12 units! Why are you having your clients run all over. read more

She helped me through the process, ran to and from the printer all the way in the back (because the one in her department was not working), and even took my coupon, all the time being so kind and friendly.
