The heavier set lady was so rude to me and my small group of friends when we entered. She treated us like children and told us to not touch or pick anything up if we aren't buying anything in HER store. She then followed us up two aisles and said at 7:27, "we closing soon, y'all better get out of here and stop playing in my store, go back to AMC theaters", mind you we weren't at the theaters nor are we children, nor were we causing disturbance. She's just rude as hell to some grown ass adults. I don't recommend this store just due to customer service being ass. read more

Service can be a hit or miss with this location. At times the workers can be super helpful, and there are times where they talk to you in a condescending way. Makes me hesitant to even want to shop here, however the location is conveniently close to home. I like the surrounding stores that I can easily walk to next door. I find it's difficult to navigate through the narrow aisles, especially with a cart. Majority of the time I make a quick in and out of the store to help decrease the overwhelming small tight spaces. Overall, I think the location is clean and organize. Plenty of parking and easy access. However, I do prefer online shopping for this store, due to the overwhelming amount of items they carry, it's hard to find what you're looking for, along with the tight space. read more

I love this store! If you join their membership you get 20% off every single time you shop. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond - Department Stores Near Me - Houston, Texas

It's the Tuesday before Christmas and there is ONE cashier working. This poor man has called for backup at least 4 times and no one comes. The line is insane. Prioritizing online orders over people who come to your store is why you've had to close so many! Won't be back! read more

I stopped into bed bath and beyond to get something off a wedding registry this evening and got very frustrated, very quickly when I thought I had the item being held for me at customer service, just to find out by a not very helpful or friendly BB&B employee that it was held at all and that I needed to find the item myself. I asked her where I could find it and she pointed in a general direction and told me to go ask the registers counter. She wasn't helpful at all and I was about ready to just walk out of the store all together and get the bride and groom something at target. I went back to the registry counter and the woman back there was so friendly and understood and sympathized with my frustration and helped me not only find the registry, but make recommendations when what I was going to purchase (I thought it was a set of sheets for $59.99...turned out to be ONLY 2 pillow cases for $59.99) was no longer something I was willing to purchase. She looked over the list, asked my budget and recommended two items that were perfect. This woman should be working at the front, as she was amazing and I almost didn't meet her due to the terrible person working at customer service counter! read more

Nicely stocked store. The checker went the extra mile to open my copper compression glove to see if it fit before paying for it. Good thing, because I would of had to exchange it for a smaller one. I usually shop on line. I'm a kid in a candy store here. Not sure if this area has an issue with theft; but security was following us ALL OVER the store. First I thought they had an eye on somebody; and then they had me surrounded, every isle I turned. LOL. I'm glad the Staff knows me at the store near my house. I didn't take it personal. But very nice store. Well stocked and nice staff. I do advise that they not cover the name of the products on Clearance with the discount stickers where we can't read what the product is. read more

I love bed bath and beyond! On they way of getting my new apartment and almost everything is coming from this store. From the coupons to the selection and the employees that help me out when I'm looking for something. You can't beat this home store ! read more

Great customer service! I've been to this location a couple of times, but yesterday when I went was when I received stellar customer service. There were so many employees on deck and I probably had 6 ask if they could assist in any way. I tried a latte sample with a woman from Breville, with the Nespresso. So glad! I'm in love and can't wait for mine to come in! I also love Bed, bath & beyond because they always have a 20% coupon for you to use - mine is loaded onto my online account. read more

After having a horrible experience at a different retailer the previous day, I came here to get what I needed for our new kitchen. The experience was completely different, and I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the nicest employee helped me find what I needed and when it wasn't in stock, helped me by ordering it online. I found the other things I needed, and a few I just wanted, which ALWAYS happens to me there, LOL. I got in line and there were only two people in front of me but another associate appeared and opened a register just for us. When something didn't have a price, she rushed to find the item and then came right back and still apologized for the wait. It reminded me that customer service is not at all dead, and this location at least has prices and customer service that is ON POINT. Well done, Bb&B. Well done. read more

Found what I needed quick. Got my favorite coffee, chocolate raspberry lava but alas no creamers were out so I had to resort to the powder package read more

Everything you need to decorate and furnish your walls, kitchen, floors, bed, and accessories is in this store. So nice and neatly organized, great place to shop, look, and dream. Plenty of great ideas here to dress up your living quarters and to give as gifts. Some are pocket hitters, but depending on your taste, there are quality deals and sales here. Love this store! read more

Solid triple B, didn't have the foot massager I was looking for but found plenty of as seen on TV products to tempt me into losing my paycheck. Only left with one Snuggie this time. read more

Finally! I am very satisfy with their new location, much easier to find and its huge. As far as selection goes you'll find mostly everything there, and if you couldn't customer service is great. I remember I went in for a bed set, it was a style that came out about 6 months ago and they where sold out, I didn't realize that because I was stuck in the aisle looking for the set, two guys came and offered to help look for it, they weren't in uniform but regular clothes and let me just say it was amusing to see two guys looking for my bed set. It reminds me of why you should never send you husband to the store to get anything for the house, but never the less it was a great effort I didn't get the exact set I want but we ended up finding something similar and it was cheaper. read more

Big, clean, store with an employee with a bad attitude. She was reluctant to help my friend and me with two items in the store. I won't be returning to this store. read more

They look at you crazy when they forget to take the red discount promo sale sticker off. They don't bother helping to check if they made a mistake. Worker was super rude. Kept walking off as I tried talking. Will not be returning. I've had way better customer service at other stores. read more

This store always has everything in stock that I'm looking for, compared to the other locations. I was searching for an item on clearance today and the lady in the department took her time to search CLEARANCE with me and she found exactly what I wanted. Usually when I ask for something on clearance it's always backlash from employees since you pretty much just have to go digging and inventory is no longer accurate. I didn't get her name but I am so grateful! read more

I've been shopping at this location since they opened! And I must say it rarely disappoints! I typically come here to buy my Keurig Vue Cups because its only place I can buy! I always have a coupon in hand or via Text! This store is amazing and employees Smile and Greet you ask you if you need help! Thou at times not enough registers are open they will promptly check you out at Customer service! I love exploring this store. Im always in a rush and rarely get to just shop and enjoy myself and take my time. My fantasy would be to do a mad dash..shopping spree. Like run and fill your basket in under 5min! Lol.. read more

***NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY *** No electric carts for handicap shoppers. My wife fell in the parking lot. Received minor injuries went to emergency room. Would not have happened if she could have been using an electric cart. Real bummer. read more

Every time I shop here I'm being ripped off. I just bought an espresso machine and some kitchen utensils and my 20% off coupon was applied to the lowest item. I actually had 2 coupons, 20% off one item and 20% off the entire order over $80 and the cashier told me I cannot use the coupon that was 20% off the entire order; instead she applied the 20% to the lowest item I bought. I will never shop from this company again read more

Cashier rung up our laundry basket for $19.99. Told her the sign said $14.99. So I took the manager to the location. He said oh - sorry they were in the wrong spot. Yep right there where it said $14.99. So he moved them right in front of me and took them to a different location where there was only 1 that said $19.99. And said sorry but thanks for shopping with us. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Would NOT honor the 14.99! What kind of manager is that? Not one that I want to shop at his store anymore. They lost our business today. read more

Come on Bed Bath & Beyond! I really love this place but why do you have big shopping carts?! Annoying! Your aisles are so narrow and when people are getting in your way with your annoying shopping carts, it makes people want to say, screw it, I'll come back later. Or maybe not come back at all. Get ride of all large carts. Other then that, great stuff. read more

Finally went and spent some real time checking out the new location. I have to say I wasn't as impressed as I thought it would be. It felt a lot smaller and there wasn't anyone around to help when I couldn't find stuff. When I finally did find someone, they were totally confused about what I was looking for. read more

The employees always go above and beyond here! Some people complain about long lines but that it ridiculous. When they have long lines, they try to pull people from other departments to help shorten the lines. That's so amazing to me! They even let you use coupons off of google images now too! read more

I would give it a 5 stars just because of how the store is set up and how clean it is. But I have it a 2 star because the employees here are rude. I was checking something out and it was 7:05 and one of the employees asked me if I needed help finding anything and I told her no. And she responded "Uh okay because you do know we close at 7 right." She gave me an ugly look and I was just waiting on my husband to get something. I know she's trying to get home but that's not the way to talk to a customer. read more

Great place to work. I got all of my training for what I do now from this company. www.activefixtureinstallations.com.

I shop at bed bath and beyond frequently and usually have an OK experience until recently. Terrible front counter customer service. Tammy was her name and was so unprofessional and rude. Asked for her to find my receipt via credit card and you would've thought I asked for her to clean my car for free. She became even more rude when she couldn't find it and acted like I was wasting her precious time. Another employee saw how terrible she was being towards me and stepped in to help me. read more

Best experience I've had at this store. I came in looking for a juicer and a possible gift for my grandma. Alyssa greeted my friend as I as we both walked in and asked what we were looking for. She led us to the section of kitchen appliances and showed us the exact juicers we were looking for. We immediately grabbed the juicer and then she directed us to the nespresso machines. She made us a coffee and immediately sold us on a espresso machine. She personally directed us and thoroughly made sure our coupons were applied and checked us out. Nuff said, she was great and I am extremely happy with our experience here. read more

I just went to the Willowbrook BB&B's bridal registry to buy a wedding gift. Ms. Kathy, the sales person who helped us was beyond nice and knowledgeable. She helped me through the process, ran to and from the printer all the way in the back (because the one in her department was not working), and even took my coupon, all the time being so kind and friendly. I love being assisted by a helpful and friendly staff and Ms. Kathy was great! read more

Hubby and I stopped in after church just to look around, looking for nothing in particular. We stopped to look at a Dyson display.. The Dyson rep, Ms. Gordon came up and started chatting with us. She was very personable and easy to talk to. We asked a lot of questions going back and forth between the different options available. She never seemed impatient and just continued to answer our questions. We finally decided to go the the higher end model. Opps, out of stock! Are you kidding me? That poor rep. I would think that if you have a rep in the store the manager would make SURE they had enough in stock to sell. Isn't that the point? Ms. Gordon took us up to the counter and assured us we could order it online and the shipping would be free. That's great but we wanted it that day. So she had the sales associate check nearby stores and their stock. Cypress had 8 so that's were we headed. Now Willowbrook location doesn't get the credit for the sale and the sales rep doesn't get the credit either (she did tell us she's not on commission but we all know how that works) The lady still needs kudos for a job well done. ESPECIALLY since we had no idea we were even in the market for a vac. I would think the store manage, knowing there is a rep in their store would have checked the stock to make sure they were fully prepared. And even if they had sold out, go do a transfer and get them from the stores that are sitting on 8-12 units! Why are you having your clients run all over. read more
