I've always liked this mall. It's not overcrowded and parking is very good compared to The Woodlands. I live between both malls but seem to head over here more. The lay out is good, and easy to maneuver around. The stores employees are not snobby or unhelpful which is a plus. The food court is good but always super crowded. There is a Starbucks but line always too long for me. read more

How does one suburban mall differ from another? Not by much...or maybe that's just this one. I walked through in search of a gift, but I was distracted. From shop to shop, most everything was orderly, the walkways were clean and as someone who hasn't visited this mall in ages, I was beyond surprised to find this level of discovery. I'm working my way away from fast fashion but in the meantime, the Zara, Nordstrom Rack and Victoria secret here will be added to my roster. read more

I haven't been to a shopping mall for so long. I can't believe the economy is going so well. Willowbrook Mall is so comfortable to shop. Cool air conditioning and cordial customers. I was only here for 2 hours. I went to H&M and got my massage from a vendor in the mall. Parking lot is equipped with EV charging stations. It's also very big. People were driving with common sense, except for a couple of idiots. Entrance can be a little overwhelming for coming and going. Just take time to read the map and direction. read more

Me and kiddo decided to do this, thought great deal. Well we go to cash out and the worker tells us that it is only for there Xmas bear, which I asked upset where in this whole store does it mention that, no where surely not on the sign they have out front. We had already been in there for a hour did voice recordings for each other and I did mine in army to show my kid a supported them. So I wasn't going to not purchase them. Anyone going in do not trust that will be the price "only for there Xmas ones". It was a alright time until that. So just make them clarify so you don't end up paying more than you are expecting, and then not care. There's a lot to do at the willowbrook mall. It's fun to just walk around and take in the environment. My favorite store is Earthbound Trading co. They have a distinct style of psychedelic-style clothing which I find visually appealing. I have bought shirts and mugs from them, and people have complemented me on my drip. I just wish that the restrooms and seating were more evenly spaced out over the mall. Instead, they're concentrated near the food court. I haven't seen another restroom, but if it exists, it's pretty hard to notice it. read more

I used to have 2 trees in my yard. A Pine, and a Willow. The Willowbroke, and so they named this mall after it. The Willowbrook Mall is a little bit of an older mall, but it does have some cool stuff in here and it's not bad. It reminds me a little bit of West Oaks but it isn't nearly as run-down as the West Oaks Mall so I quite like it. We've been in almost every store here and it's not bad at all. Will probably come back here again on numerous occasions. Traffic can be bad getting in here the front way, so I Willallowbrook an extra few minutes for that. read more

What a quaint little mall. It's one floor and has plenty of stores. I was looking for a black pair of shoes for a special event while in Houston. I ended up finding an outfit, but no shoes. I have been to this mall a few times and it's in a Central location. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby such as Pappadeux, BJs, and salt grass. They are all restaurants I visit frequently. Overall it's a decent mall with a lot of parking. There are hotels within walking distance and a bar Louie. read more

Positive vibes throughout the entire mall and the customer service is top-tiered. I felt relaxed in the stores I visited. The employees were friendly and polite. The distance is worth the trip due to the great hospitality and services available. I loved the variety of food and selection in retail stores. (FOR PANDORA) If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately it's not an option. I've been a long time customer and frequent the Willowbrook location quite often. Today however, was very disappointing. There's been a change of staff and ATTITUDE! Seems like they save their courtesy for paying customers only. I walked in to browse and was met with the most serious faces, 3 ladies... the store was empty. Looked like they were putting away inventory. The manager didn't even bother to greet me or smile. One of the sales associates asked me if I needed help with anything and when I told her I was browsing she just turned her back to me and continued stocking and carrying on with the other sales associate who looked like she hates her job. I then decide that since I'm already there I might as well get my jewelry cleaned. Over 700$ worth of jewelry, mind you some of my charms are over 70$ alone, I spent over 500$ on that bracelet, charms included, $100 on the chain, I believe 150$ for the pink ring, when I spend, I really spend. Even seeing this wasn't enough for them to muster even a fake smile, I would've probably spent some money, if they tried, but no. I was told it would take about 30 to 45 min to clean, so I go shop in the meantime. When I returned, the store was still empty and I was half ass acknowledged by the associate that initially greeted me, she had her back turned and said, "Hello welcome to Pandora!" When she turned around and saw that it was me, she said, "oh" And turned off the charm, as if to say "oh it's just you." The manager gave me my jewelry, didn't even bother to dry it, it was wet. I absolutely ADORE Pandora and have never been treated like this. Spending my hard earned money elsewhere from here on out. Y'all lost a pretty big commission with me smh. read more

Always have been one of my favorite malls. They have all the major stores that I like to shop at, everyone is typically really nice, they have some pretty good food as well. They have your major Apple store which is good. The Apple Store is usually good about helping you even if there's a long line. They have Finish Line Foot Locker Champs pretty much all my favorite store for my basketball shoes shorts sweaters etc. They have Macy's for my wingtip dress shoes as well as slacks Jeans T-shirts etc. They have the eyeglass store that I use all the time which is Lynn's crafter. They even have a massage chair we can get your back and your neck massage just in case you have a little bit of the back pain. I have also noticed they've been about two or three killings at this mall. So be careful read more

Over the years I have seen this mall grow and renovate itself to a bigger and better version of its old self! I grew up going to this mall, and still this is my preferred mall since it's so close to me. New stores are constantly popping, and old stores would move and get a whole brand new look! They even extended the mall with DICK's sporting goods, so now dad's can finally enjoy going to the mall with their wife and kids now... haha! The food court is completely different from 5-10 years ago... They had a funnel cake and hot dog on a stick stand added in the middle of the food court. But, few months after I visited again, they shut the place down, which made me so sad because funnel cake is life... Super bummed. Regardless, this mall is really keeping up with trendy accessible stores! I think for the most part, it is a safe area to visit and shop. But like most malls, I hate being harassed by those people standing in the middle of the mall trying to bamboozle you! Stay away! Lol read more

Updated. My daughter and I were eating lunch and these two cleaning ladies were cleaning with their mops over my daughters stroller wheels and the whole time we sat there they were cleaning under her stroller and under my seat and were talking. The parking in front of the food court, needs to be spaced out, if your not careful you could hit cars trying to drive to a parking spot. Shops are really nice and clean. I have had 2 problems with the Cinnabon place with serge, I had to write to corporate because of it. read more

First of all, I want to comment on the makeup vendors that are camped out inside of the mall. They need to GO!!! I have been to this place three times, each time one of those makeup men have grabbed my arm and tried to sell me their makeup. One even put some on my hand as I was walking away!! He was told to keep his hands off of me! The next times it happened, wtold them not to touch me! Not happy, one even commented that he saw me coming back from a store. Did it have stores that I would visit again yes, again, 4 stars. Would I come back tomorrow? Nope. Not a chance. I hate malls. Too much traffic. Too many people not on a specific mission and that's ok. That's what the mall is for. And that's why I don't go. I did enjoy my one detour though so, that was a nice plus. Been going to this mall since, well, right after it opened. Seen a lot of stores come and go through the years. This used to be my go-to mall, but not so much lately. While I will come here in a pinch for a few of the stores (See's Candy, VS if I'm desperate, several others), there aren't a whole lot of stores that make me want to pull out my wallet in excitement. Too many "trendy" shops that carry merchandise I'm not interested in purchasing. Sometimes traffic congestion here can be incredible and I completely avoid this location after sunset due to the uptick in crime that's occurred here. The mall is clean and well maintained, though. That is an improvement over several years ago. Some of the people that work at the kiosk locations within the mall can be extremely assertive and aggressive, though. Even after telling them "No, thank you," they'll follow you and harangue you to take one of their samples or listen to their spiel. Irritating! read more

Love the mall but my daughter and I decided to get matching rings at Pandora, the deal was to buy 2, and get 1 free, the customer service was terrible, the associate, Nancy was rude and throwing the rings at us and seemed like she did not want to help us at all, and we went to go return the rings because we didn't like the service at all, there was another associate that was rude as well, her name was Michelle, she was just making faces the whole time. Every time we go to Pandora in this location, we always have problems there, we're so over this location, definitely calling corporate. read more

Haven't been to this mall in years , I went to earthbound to see what they had and was being followed the whole time , I was holding two bracelets that cost $1.95 each .... it wasn't until she actually asked me if I wanted her to take the cheap little two bracelets to the front That I noticed them following and looking at us constantly, I said it doesn't matter I'm still shopping and she said OK and walked away weird customer service. I put the bracelets back I will never spend money in a place where I'm being watched while the white man and his daughter are not being followed or bothered while shopping. read more

CAUTION. CUIDADO. HAUNTED MALL!! every time I come to this mall I hear voices telling me to shop. I always try not to but the voices are so convincing. It only gets worse when im in the mall. The walls are always closing in and I get hypnotized by the mannequins. Alas! I find myself in the store. One look at the price tag and I am sold. My mind is always telling me no. But my body says yes because once i try the stuff on i know the destination is in my closet come rain or shine. It always happens so fast I never know how I swiped my card and my hands are full of bags with all these good stuff. Needless to say I always go back not to return the goods but to shop some more. I've been going to this mall for over 20 years. I haven't been though in the last few years though because I'm spoiled with my local one and Market Street in The Woodlands. No way am I a snob though. I was impressed with some things and disappointed with others. The food court was definitely a-ok. I liked Dillard's the best. They had a larger selection of higher quality men's clothing than my local Dillards. I also liked the coach store and I normally gravitate towards MK. The Starbucks had the coziest feeling and was very attractive for a mall Starbucks. I was disappointed in the Macy's. The selection of the women designer clothes was lacking. Still need to go to the Galleria for a better spectrum of variety. The store is still chaotically laid out. Even an employee agreed with me. There are to many lower end clothing stores in the mall now but maybe that works well for the younger clientele. I prefer better made clothing period! I noticed 3 less jewelry stores but those all went bankrupt. Unfortunately they were replaced with a pretzel shop, a mobile phone place and a trendy clothing store. Overall a-ok but prefer The Woodlands Mall or the Galleria. read more

When I was younger----this was my mall! I used to hang around in the food court or inside the arcade. I loved it so much that I ended up working at the mall back when I was younger. I pretty much worked at every store here - yeah, I was pretty unstable back then. Workers at the mall all knew me because I moved around so much. I remember one time when I was shopping at Foley's- the manager at Origins approached me and asked me if I wanted to work for Origins. Before I could answer her to tell her I already have a job.... This lady at Fashion Fair cosmetics who knows me screams out, "Don't hire her! She already pretty much worked at every place here already! She'll quit after a month or so!" I thought it was funny even though she didn't have to call me out like that - but whatever I don't care for Origins. When I am back - I just come here to browse around or get some last minute gifts for people during the holidays. But other than that they don't really have anything that I want except Dillards and Trade Secrets. I also love the fact they have Gloria Jean coffee here - sorry I love their frozen coffee more than Fraps in Starbucks. read more

This mall is pretty good, compared to other ones in the Houston area. It is always clean, and the best time to go would be in the mornings if you don't want it to be too crowded. There is ALWAYS parking, unlike the Galleria Mall where you have to drive around for 30 minutes looking for parking. I also wouldn't recommend the Woodlands mall, parking is bad also, and it is just too crowded and doesn't feel nice and cozy like the Willowbrook Mall. I like this mall. Macys is good and parking is not an issue. Lots of other stores nearby and food. Covid has changed things as the mall is no as busy, and some stores seem to be low on merchandise. Hopefully, this too shall pass/ read more

As a former mall property director I am appalled by the treatment I received today at Willowbrook MallI was discriminated in this mall and despite my trying to be a helpful citizen I was discriminated against and treated like a criminal. Two small children were found by a group of teenagers , so I went to help the kids find their mom and when we did everyone was telling the mom she was crazy for leaving her babies ....which pissed her off ...so she walks out and grabs her sister who comes and pushes me and tries to start a fight ... The store managers call security for me and all stay with me and give statements to security ...security watches the video that the kids recorded of her trying to attack me ...and then security offers to walk me to my car...I decline but they insist ...I then hear on the radio to detain me ...I comply and stay ..I asked the officer who saw the video if he explained to HPD that I was the one attacked and I was just trying to help ...he said he would when his boss arrived ... Long story short boss never arrives , gets on the radio and says "she's no victim , she's was an "aggressor" and "black female" involved in an altercation...typical trigger words to stereotype and denigrate black women I called his office after they let me go, and asked him had he spoken to his subordinates about the situation , he said yes but since there was no video I was banned from the mall, which shows me he didn't speak to them because there were over 7 witnesses none of which were detained except myself and they were involved as well..and multiple videos of the incident , I also told him I heard him call me an aggressor...which he vehemently denied I asked him to clarify the policy and this is what he said "If you are involved in a fight or if you are attacked at the mall you will be banned for causing a scene" ... So if ever you're at Willowbrook and even appear to be black do not get attacked or put yourself in a situation where you need to defend yourself because they will treat you like a criminal ... As I continued to try to explain my perspective and why I felt my integrity had been attacked, and like I'd been discriminated ...and he told me "yeaa ok at this point I can tell you this isn't going anywhere" If you're ever wanting to know what it feels like to black, this is it...you can't ever be a victim in the situation ...ever ...you will still be viewed as an aggressor, criminal , disorderly , etc All of the security guards I worked with set aside from their manager were kind and understanding, and even expressed that they weren't sure why I was being treated this way .... If any of the kids who recorded the video sees this please contact me , so I can verify these claims read more
