First I would like to start off by giving shout out to Wendi & Vivian! There customer service is amazing! Vivian checked me out and was very kind! They shared the latest deals and updates about the BBW app. They should definitely be recognized for there amazing customer service. Plus Wendi always makes me feel so welcomed. The ambiance of this store location is very organized plus very clean! I love coming to bath and body works even more now because I'm more involved with using my coupons in the mobile app plus latest deals! Check out is not long at all. I think the best part is smelling all the lovely candles and trying the different hand soaps! At least for me that's my favorite part. There isn't private parking ,it is shared amongst other business in the shopping strip but still easy to navigate to the store. This bath and body works is my main store. Thank you for picking my picture to be your top picture it made me feel special. I usually come in almost once a week. These employees always go way beyond helping when I walk through the door. I was pregnant in 2017 and 2018 and they helped me get in and out quickly because I couldn't take all of the different scents, breathing them and smelling the items made me want to throw up. But they showed me different items and got me rung up quickly. I continue to do business with this store just because of that reason because they help extra just to make you comfortable. read more

Beautiful new Bath & Body Works store. Displays were very nicely arranged and there was plenty of stock from which to choose. Sales help was available and willing, but not overpowering. Large shopping tote was offered to me for use shortly after I entered the store. Check out was quick, too. I often shop at B&BW and find some of their locations to be a bit on the cramped side. This one, despite it not being huge, offered plenty of floor space for easy movement and navigation. The check out area was not cluttered with display stands, either, which at times can impede the movement of lines (particularly during busy times and big sales). I liked the proximity of this store to other stores and the abundance of parking available. I also liked the organization of this B&BW, as all similar products were grouped together and not scattered throughout the store according to scents. Made locating items very easy. I have never had a negative experience when I come in for their sales. Their staff is always friendly, welcoming and give this warm fuzzy feeling. This location is so much more convenient and the staff is always on top of your needs. Need a mask? A bag? Hand sanitizer? 3-wick Pumpkin Spice Latte candle? They are glad to assist you! They are keeping up with the number of customers walk in and out which I appreciate and when you check out, they have taken the necessary precautions to practice social distancing. read more

Stopped in here for their super sale on the men's collection and what set this BBW (no pun intended, hahaha) apart from any of the other BBWs that i've been in (not literally, hahaha) was the attention and service I received from the ladies working there. Kim was fantastic and very helpful and Sabrina the same ... there was one other young lady and unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was awesome as well in helping me find a fragrance for my daughter ... The staff here is rude and not helpful. They tried making up random rules about the generic coupons and how I could only make 2 transactions, but that mayyybe they could do 3 for me since I needed to buy over $200 worth of product. Little did they know I used to work at a BBW a few years ago. Took my business to a different BBW store that helped me out and turned out to be blessing in disguise. The other store even gave me wrapping product. This BBW store lost me as a customer. read more

This review is for this particular location, not Bath and Body Works in general. I don't usually review retail stores but every time I visit this store it is such a nice experience. The employees are warm and welcoming. They offer to help but they don't push it too much, so you can feel comfortable browsing until you've figured out exactly what you want. The check-out is friendly and prompt. The store is well stocked and well kept. I shopped Bath and Body works for years in my teens and 20's but got burnt out on it for the past several years. But since they have opened up this location I'm finding myself frequenting them once again. read more

My husband purchased several items at the bath and bodywork store at 99 and Kuykendahl. He had an online coupon that he downloaded but they refused to let him use it. He asked why and she said they don't accept any coupons other than ones that get mailed to you. He wanted to know why there would be coupons from a franchise that a single store would not honor. No signs posted that say they don't accept coupons. She said we just tell people verbally. Bottom line is this is bad advertising and very misleading false advertisement for discounts. read more

Wow! The associates here are nice and welcoming and not over bearing like some stores. They informed me of a coupon at the register that I could use and were very helpful when I was trying to find a specific item. I didn't know what the store would be like since it wasn't in the mall, but I will definitely be back just because of the associate and how friendly they were.
