Always a pleasant experience at this Atascocita location. The items are in good condition and reasonably priced. The store manager and employees are always helpful. Be advised, as I didn't know, they accept so much more than clothes/shoes. Toys, strollers, etc. read more

I have come to this location for many years now and this day and age it is not the same store that I once loved shopping for my kids. This last visit is my last with this place or kid to kid in general. I'm not sure who's doing the pricing or what has changed but prices have gone up insanely! Let me tell you 49.99 for used pair of Jordan's/nikes with no box and worn I go across the street and run to the other stores. Some of the shoes that I have looked at or overly priced also I've seen many shoes that were heavily worn scratches scuff heel drag you name it a lot of the shoes have it seen some for 29.99 34.99 it's just not good. Some clothes are overpriced as well. You bring in clothes to sell you'll get a quarter or half a dollar just for it to turn around and sell for 8$. They are very very picky with what they take in. Not sure what happened to this store. They have decent selection but prices are not what they use to be for second hand kids clothes, toys, & necessities. read more

Came back to say that they removed my review off of their Facebook page lol! This place & there new "Pricing System" is a scam! I dropped off 2 boxes full of nice clothes. Some with tags, others in like new condition. Also has at least a dozen pairs of shoes, half of which have never been worn and still had tags. They had the audacity to offer $33. When I asked about the remaining that was being donated, I was told that they bought pretty much everything in the totes. Honestly what a JOKE! I had 2 friends who previously sold clothes there and warned me about this new "system" Needless to say, we will not be coming back. I couldn't get my clothes back because they already tagged them and I'd spend about $33 in gas driving there. Lesson learned! Also would like to add that after I received my offer text, I tried to reach out via phone and had no answer after 8 calls and voicemails. I had to reach out over Facebook to get a response. read more

The workers here are the most non friendly, non helpful people. They tell you several different ways of how to do things and when you can't read their mind they are rude. You bring a laundry basket full of nice hoodies and stuff and 3 days later they say come pick up the stuff we didn't want. You get there and they said we took everything and give you $9. I don't know why I ever come back here. Not worth it! read more

This place is a joke! We went to sell 2 crates of clothes only to be told that the young lady who left decided to "donate" clothes we brought there to sell! THEY COULD'NT EVEN FIND THEM AFTER! We never even left the store and this is the foolishness that happened! I FULLY understand what another customer walked in threatening to sue this business. read more

Love the atmosphere, must have changed something and I truly appreciate the organized back wall and counters. They really made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Keep up the great changes and also better posting of prices for items seen when you first walk in. Awesome upgrades. read more

I've been going here since 2016 ! Love this store! Very convenient and perfect location ! I will be coming here until my kiddos grow out of their clothing size! Personally know the store owner! Love her !! Thank you for always being the person you are and providing great service! read more

I always find their offers very reasonable for the items I bring in and love finding little treasures for my kiddos!

Can't go wrong shopping here. Clothing is in good/great condition and fairly priced. Toys are a bit more used and on the pricy side. Other than that you can't go wrong with shopping local. read more

As a buyer, i love this location! They always up to date on the season and have so many options for so many sizes! I can say that was a seller, the pay back isn't too great but they do give more in store credit. Something is better than nothing, i guess! Fair warning, if you drop off they will donate whatever they do not take so if you want to keep your clothes i suggest you stay as they go through it all. Overall, it's a great store with great workers! read more

Love the sales and prices. Excellent baby selection and it's clean. The staff is always helpful and polite

I love Kid to Kid! I found everything I needed for my 8 month old daughter and my 6 year old son. I left with some much stuff for paying very little. Everything I got was in incredible shape and way cheaper than buying online. I am so grateful read more

03/23/2022 I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. I went shopping there and spent $71. My daughter wanted a toy so I bought it for her. Went to the car and opened it only to find out it was DRY AND OLD putty. We turned around and not even 5 minutes later went back to the store to get a refund on a NEW DAMAGED TOY. I was told no refunds. BUT YOU SOLD ME A DAMAGED NEW TOY. She said no refunds. I said give me my $5 dollars back and we'll be fine. I told her to call her supervisor, who said do not give her her money back. I walked out. I cannot believe this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this day in age. Businesses are trying to keep customers and KID to KID is basically telling customers to screw themselves. I did not buy something and changed my mind. I was trying to return a DAMAGED NEW TOY. I'll never, EVER, give them my business again. read more

Great selection for children's clothes, shoes, toys, and accessories! Staff members are very helpful

Best selection by far of children's clothing, shoes and everything else you can imagine for children!

I would never sell here again. Took over 3 days to sort through one basket, and only offered $16, and they still keep whatever they don't buy?! I dropped off nice hoodies, and pants and they only offered $16... feels so scammy. come on, it's a resell shop and their prices are still high. $80.00 for an old toy kitchen. $15.00 shoes. read more

the young ladies are so sweet always polite and helpfu. No matter how bust it is they manage to be so friendly.

I love kid to kid I always find with I need, clothing selection is a 10/10 really recommended this location. They always have sales and prices are low! read more

I love shopping at kid to kid! My boys are growing up so fast that they are not in their clothes very long! I really appreciate that they buy clothes and that they always have a new selection of clothes to choose from. Here lately I've only bought my oldest son clothes from here! read more

We love it here! The prices are exceptional and the service is amazing. I came in with 2 babies in infant carriers and a toddler and let them know I may have to load the kids then come back and grab the stuff and they brought everything out to the car with me and even helped with my toddler!! Plus they had what I went in there for so that was a big big plus!! Even when I have sold to them I feel like they give you a very fair price for your items!! read more

I just discovered this store near my house when I was pregnant. They have all things baby & amazing prices. We've been able to get my baby's bassinet & lots of gently used clothes. They also have some great sales throughout the month. We plan to keep shopping here as baby grows. All the staff are super helpful & friendly too. read more

Always a good last minute find. Great place to also sell all sorts of outgrown toys, clothes, etc

I absolutely LOVED this store! The staff welcomed you as soon as you walked through the door, and they remained polite and helpful throughout the entire process. The store is very clean and well organized. They carried a large selection of all size clothing and each section was clearly marked. The aisles are wide enough for parents with a stroller to easily get up and down. I took 6 bins of my Granddaughter's clothing in to sell and they took the majority of it, so I left very satisfied and with some $$. The entire process was a breeze! Whether you're shopping or selling, I highly recommend. read more

Very unorganized unprofessional staff nobody knows what is going on they take over 20 minutes just to ring you up in the system. They have to keep calling the manager. Everything is mislabeled, misleading prices. They have tags with a different price they bring you up at the register and it shows a different price and they don't know what to do, they really do need new management will never come back again read more

I had a short notice to find Christmas wear for my son's school. I was able to find what I was looking for fast & easy since all the Christmas wear was well organized in one section & by size. read more

Good quality resale items for kids. They accept packaged diapers, clothes, shoes, and kid toys for either store credit or cash. We even bought a few things because of the quality and price. Definitely recommend checking out this store for kid needs especially since they grow so fast for resale read more

The young man working on Sunday was very, very helpful. In what I needed. He even opened the door for me When I was ready to leave.

This place is a complete JOKE!!!! Says they can't take items because it has DUST on it!! Take a rag & clean it off!!!! Not to mention how RUDE the manager was because a lady had wanted to purchase one of my items that they refused to take that I've previously purchased from here, so she told us to go outside because she has to pay rent. They've lost my business completely!!!!! read more

I love this place. They are always bringing in new stock/great quality gently used kid's clothing at super affordable prices. My daughter's closet stays full!! read more

Miserable staff, rude. They will lowball you. Take all your used things to once upon a child. They will give you a better offer.

They always have some good finds. From baby clothes to accessories. Never sold anything to them yet but plan to in the near future. A little under staffed so don't go if your pressed for time. They are hiring. Basically I love this place. read more

They don't buy from everyone the same. Also the process is to long for buying. Also most of the clothing in the store is old, worn, and overpriced. Also the store smells old and musty. They are closed right now and should stay this way. read more

I did like this store but recently the workers have been unhelpful and un welcoming. I will the old employees were there. I don't know if its management of whom it is that is not inviting. read more

Great place. Friendly and very helpful employees! Very clean and the prices are always amazing! Highly recommended!

I found that the store wasn't actually operating yet when I tried calling. Their grand opening was days later. I have since been in a handful of times. They have a large selection of clothing, shoes, toys, some maternity, and baby gear. Some new items, most gently used. The prices are reasonable compared to brand new, but not 'garage dale' cheap if that's what you're looking for. I've sold to the store a few times also. They don't offer top dollar , as compared to their selling prices, however a good way to get rid of stuff and make a few bucks. The owner is extremely friendly, and selling is fast and easy. read more

Love this store but I wish they went ro size 2 in ladies since my 6 year old granddaughter wears between 14 and size 2 depending on the clothes. You also need more 14 to 16 girls clothes to choose from. read more

Great place to buy and sell gently used baby and kids items. I sold a baby bouncer that I wasn't able to sell on my own. They offer cash but store credit is a few more $. Worth it if you have a little one, trust me, you will more than likely walk out with something. read more

Put your name on your bins when you leave your things to sell at that store because they will take it from you. Or better yet if no one tells you, take your bins after the presorting process. Better just shop here for second hand items. I would think twice about selling your kids clothes and toys to them because they will low ball the offer. read more

I have never tried to sell anything here, as I am pregnant with my first child. However, I visited this store yesterday for the first time to shop for myself and my baby, and had a very pleasant experience! I found several pieces of clothing for as little as $2.99-$4.99 a piece. Everything I picked out was in great condition, and I even found myself a couple of maternity dresses for way less than what the price would be brand new. The store was nicely organized and well kept. I will definitely be returning! read more
