I have come to this location for many years now and this day and age it is not the same store that I once loved shopping for my kids. This last visit is my last with this place or kid to kid in general. I'm not sure who's doing the pricing or what has changed but prices have gone up insanely! Let me tell you 49.99 for used pair of Jordan's/nikes with no box and worn I go across the street and run to the other stores. Some of the shoes that I have looked at or overly priced also I've seen many shoes that were heavily worn scratches scuff heel drag you name it a lot of the shoes have it seen some for 29.99 34.99 it's just not good. Some clothes are overpriced as well. You bring in clothes to sell you'll get a quarter or half a dollar just for it to turn around and sell for 8$. They are very very picky with what they take in. Not sure what happened to this store. They have decent selection but prices are not what they use to be for second hand kids clothes, toys, & necessities. read more

Came back to say that they removed my review off of their Facebook page lol! This place & there new "Pricing System" is a scam! I dropped off 2 boxes full of nice clothes. Some with tags, others in like new condition. Also has at least a dozen pairs of shoes, half of which have never been worn and still had tags. They had the audacity to offer $33. When I asked about the remaining that was being donated, I was told that they bought pretty much everything in the totes. Honestly what a JOKE! I had 2 friends who previously sold clothes there and warned me about this new "system" Needless to say, we will not be coming back. I couldn't get my clothes back because they already tagged them and I'd spend about $33 in gas driving there. Lesson learned! Also would like to add that after I received my offer text, I tried to reach out via phone and had no answer after 8 calls and voicemails. The workers here are the most non friendly, non helpful people. They tell you several different ways of how to do things and when you can't read their mind they are rude. You bring a laundry basket full of nice hoodies and stuff and 3 days later they say come pick up the stuff we didn't want. You get there and they said we took everything and give you $9. I don't know why I ever come back here. Not worth it! read more

This place is a joke! We went to sell 2 crates of clothes only to be told that the young lady who left decided to "donate" clothes we brought there to sell! THEY COULD'NT EVEN FIND THEM AFTER! As a buyer, i love this location! They always up to date on the season and have so many options for so many sizes! I can say that was a seller, the pay back isn't too great but they do give more in store credit. Something is better than nothing, i guess! Fair warning, if you drop off they will donate whatever they do not take so if you want to keep your clothes i suggest you stay as they go through it all. 03/23/2022 I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. I went shopping there and spent $71. My daughter wanted a toy so I bought it for her. Went to the car and opened it only to find out it was DRY AND OLD putty. We turned around and not even 5 minutes later went back to the store to get a refund on a NEW DAMAGED TOY. I was told no refunds. BUT YOU SOLD ME A DAMAGED NEW TOY. She said no refunds. I said give me my $5 dollars back and we'll be fine. I told her to call her supervisor, who said do not give her her money back. I walked out. I cannot believe this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this day in age. Businesses are trying to keep customers and KID to KID is basically telling customers to screw themselves. I did not buy something and changed my mind. I was trying to return a DAMAGED NEW TOY. I'll never, EVER, give them my business again. read more

We love it here! The prices are exceptional and the service is amazing. I came in with 2 babies in infant carriers and a toddler and let them know I may have to load the kids then come back and grab the stuff and they brought everything out to the car with me and even helped with my toddler!! I just discovered this store near my house when I was pregnant. They have all things baby & amazing prices. We've been able to get my baby's bassinet & lots of gently used clothes. I have been a regular customer at Kid to Kid since I discovered the store after having my first child in 2017. The quality of the gently used items that they sell are very good and I love their frequent sales that they offer. So many times I go in, gather lots of seasonal pieces for my children and go to the register, anxious about how much I spent (like today lol) and am so relieved and excited about how much you can get for the price that you pay. I also have traded in lots of clothes over the years, and the store credits REALLY come in handy. I always go here first before I go to department stores just in case I find some jewels. Very unorganized unprofessional staff nobody knows what is going on they take over 20 minutes just to ring you up in the system. They have to keep calling the manager. Everything is mislabeled, misleading prices. They have tags with a different price they bring you up at the register and it shows a different price and they don't know what to do, they really do need new management will never come back again read more

I absolutely LOVED this store! The staff welcomed you as soon as you walked through the door, and they remained polite and helpful throughout the entire process. The store is very clean and well organized. They carried a large selection of all size clothing and each section was clearly marked. The aisles are wide enough for parents with a stroller to easily get up and down. I took 6 bins of my Granddaughter's clothing in to sell and they took the majority of it, so I left very satisfied and with some $$. The entire process was a breeze!
