Of all the professional photographers we have had Lauren was so patient and friendly to my 4 year old. Not many photographers understand that kids are kids and often get distracted or change their tempers quickly. Lauren was so kind to my daughter waiting on her even if she decided to throw a fit. Before our photo session Lauren called me several times to prepare. She sent me an idea of an outfit and I had the outfit handmade saving $60. Lauren paid so many compliments with how the outfit matched the picture she sent me of what she wanted my daughter to wear. Lauren also had a special necklace made for my daughter to wear in the pictures. It was so beautiful and matched the dress perfect. Lauren also bought a crown and painted it special to match my daughter's outfit. When we were deciding on a place for pictures, Lauren took a whole morning, drove out to my area clearly an hour from her, just to find the perfect place. She found a spot that I honestly didn't think was appealing. It was an old boarded bridge over a small creek. When Lauren got all her props and told Aurora what poses to make I was in so much shock to see how beautiful she made the environment come alive. If you would drive to this place you would never believe our photos were taken there. That is how much talent and creativity Lauren has. To see this place come alive through her lens and ideas was so cool. She danced around with my daughter played with her and even formed a good relationship with my daughter before the photos. I received my photos right away. I was amazed with how quick I got them. They are all so beautiful and I will forever have this memory captured. The color is gorgeous. I posted one of the many great pictures on my Facebook and before 24 hours got 100 "likes." My daughter to this day asks for Lauren and she even drew a special picture for her. I haven't mailed it yet but I will soon. If anyone ever wants to take family photos, wedding photos, and especially kid photos I highly recommend Lauren. She knows how to capture a shot and has awesome ideas. I have already had several ask me who shot our photos and for her business card. Lauren has a gift for sure!

He gave us a call let us know so we were able to adjust and get there earlier so we could still get some garden shots. Eric gave us plenty of time to get a variety of shots, he was not rushing us or being tight on time. He turned our pictures around in only a few days which was incredible. After we received our pictures, I realized there were a few photos that my dress was creased and I asked Eric if there was anyway they can be adjusted and he said he could see what he could do. Well I'm glad I did because my maternity and newborn pictures turned out great! You can tell she has years of experience by the way she was handling our newborn. She has snacks and drinks for parents at the studio while she shoots away. I can't believe she has 4 young kids and still have time to shoot multiple sessions a day on top of being very prompt at responding. While at her studio, she mentioned that she is looking for a space closer to the city. This will be better for us since she is a 1 hour drive away.
