The Sugar Land manager, Layla Bennett, damaged one of my products and then refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she denied what happened. I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

While I was shopping, my husband asked if he can use their restroom but instead of being shown some courtesy -- he was turned away with a dismissive tone "it's for vendors only." True or not, my husband appealed but was treated harshly and ignored. She talked in her microphone to whom I assume was loss prevention and said that some items where not scanned and the amount of items didn't add up to my receipt. I informed her that I didn't even scan my own items. After her investigation was complete, she and the employee who scanned my items apologized for the confusion. May I bring it back to credit her credit card and they said no problem.. The Sweet manager walked the garments out to the truck because they did not have a garment bag. One hour later, I returned with the outfit that did not work and bought a necklace. Since I could not find my receipt because I'm so distressed over my father's death, they would not credit my mother's credit card and gave me a gift card. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never shop in the store again. Completely unacceptable especially during a time like this where I am so devastated and my poor 84-year-old mother has gone through so much. Shame on them!
