acabo de decidirme por esta escribir mi experiencia con Soma en The Woodlands Mall, Houston Texas. Soma me pareció de muy buena calidad y estoy feliz con el producto; cuando estaba pagando, la chica en la caja acababa de hacer una compra personal y había olvidado salir de su código de descuento cuando procesó mi compra como compra personal suya, o sea me había puesto su descuento de empleada. Al darse cuenta, pidió ayuda y alguien vino a ayudarle a hacer la devolución y cobrarme como cliente, no como empleada; me pidió disculpas y me aseguró que mi dinero se devolvería en los siguiente días. Hasta allí todo bien, eso fue el 5 de Mayo. Hoy aproveché para pasar a la misma tienda en The Woodlands, Texas, y al pedirle a la manager ayuda, pues el reembolso sigue pendiente y no se libera. Le expliqué mi situación y atrevidamente sugirió que eso ellas no pueden hacer cobros así, dando a entender que yo estaba mintiendo. Fue muy vergonzoso pues había gente comprando; le expliqué de manera clara lo sucedido y solo me decía que en servicio al cliente podían hacer algo para ayudarme. Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante. The variety of bras is amazing yes, but the lasting or the product itself is abysmal. I got two bras a black and beige colored, the black bras rod snapped within 2 months (absolutely unacceptable) and the beige last a few more months than the black bras (maybe 4 months more) and the rod didn't snap it moved to where it would Pierce my armpit and ripped open a hole on the side of the bra. The value of the bra is less than bras I get from Kohl's, just the Soma bras are more expensive for less of a time span. Please save yourself some money and a heartache and go elsewhere. read more

Accompanied my wife here. Slow sales day staff out numbered customers 3-1. Not a huge inventory on the floor can't speak about the back of house though. Pretty well organized , you could navigate it without help. Service was fairly transactional to my wife, not bad, not great either just the bare minimum of sales at a mid scale clothier. Pricing seemed equivalent to other apparel stores at this level. I think she'll keep it in mind for a future visit read more

I went to Soma Kingwood Crossing (281-359-0570) to receive a proper bra fitting. I was very fortunate to have April as my fitter. I had read that 81% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Wow! That was certainly the case with me. I had lost a lot of weight throughout my body but not much in my breasts. I came in wearing a 38B bra. I was spilling out everywhere and had no idea what size I should wear. I only know that I had deep marks around my breasts, back, and shoulders when I took my existing bras off. Apryl measured and declared that I was a 40D. I was somewhat shocked that I was that large. I had carried 3 bras into the dressing room that I liked. Apryl went out into the store and found each of my choices in 40D. I slipped the first one on thinking I would have room to spare but the fit was perfect! Apryl adjusted the straps and said "this is how a bra should fit". I ended up buying two of the ones I had chosen earlier and one she brought in later that is my favorite. I am donating 30 plus bras to my local women's shelter. Most were bought online and have been worn once or not at all. I could have saved a lot of money and frustration had I been professionally fitted at Soma. I will been needing more soon and will definitely shop there again. read more

I went here yesterday to get measured and do some shopping. There seemed to be too few employees in relation to the amount of customers in the store. However, Gwen was lovely. She was somehow attentive to everyone in the store, measured me, provided me with garment recommendations, and was all around very helpful. read more

Since moving to the Humble area, I have visited this location a handful of times. In the past, I've received good service. I actually walked in about a week or so ago and I believe the name of the woman who helped me, was Marjorie. She was very nice and helpful when I told her I hadn't purchased bras in awhile and needed to be sized. She was very patient and made sure I walked out with what I needed. Now, there was another woman there named Heather who had the nastiest attitude towards me when I needed help. She didn't even bother to assist me and instead, looked over and told Marjorie to help me. I called their store on Tuesday to ask about coupons I received via email and Heather took the call. She was very courteous over the phone. However, when I walked in store today, she was RUDE as hell when she realized I was the person she spoke with over the phone regarding the coupons. Call me crazy but, I feel as if she only treats the Caucasian women right and Hispanic women just plain nasty. I watched as she helped the Caucasian women right away and nicely and when the lady ringing me up, explained to her about my coupons, she cut me off before I could finish telling her about the conversation we had over the phone. I'm not sure if she's a manager but if she is, she needs some management training or needs to find another job. She has a very nasty attitude and I could definitely see her demeanor change once she saw me which was the total opposite of the treatment the Caucasian women received. Since this seems to be the only location near me, I'll make sure to stick to shopping online. read more

Not even sure where to begin with my review. My mom went into this location to buy Christmas presents for me and my sister. The first issue is the lady who helped her rang up the correct size pajamas but put the wrong sizes in the bag. The next thing was she didn't tell her we wouldn't be able to exchange them with their return policy. So at Christmas I opened up the wrong size pajamas, can't exchange them, but they are willing to give me $12.50 for a pair of $60 pajamas! No thanks. I'll just give them to my daughter. But rest assured we won't be shopping at Soma anymore. This issue is due to poor help from a sales associate. Don't promote Christmas shopping in November if the person won't be able to exchange or return them for the amount they paid after Christmas. read more

My wife enjoys pajamas from Soma. So I pop in here about four times a year and surprise her with some comfortable pjs. I can't ad much else to this review other than they keep your wife's size on computer so that's nice. I think they might be commission based at this store because you never have to ask for assistance. Then again, maybe they just know that men need a little help with this kind of stuff. read more

I stopped in here to just see what they had. I get their catalogues and there's always stuff that I think I might be interested in. When I walked in nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help. There were maybe 2-3 workers and 1 other customer from what I could see. I did a quick walk around but I like to shop at places with good customer service. I honestly think customer service is better at Victoria's Secret. Maybe some of the other locations are better but I don't think I'll be trying this store again unless I have some sort of fashion emergency and no time to go to the mall. read more

Never in my life have a received that much care and attention from store staff (especially when buying undergarments! Not only were they knowledgeable about their products, but were very informative in regards to proper fit as well as caring for the items I purchased. They really understood my need for a comfortable bra for my 42DD Frame. They suggested multiple options and they completely empathized with me on the issues I have with thin straps cutting into my shoulders. They had me try several styles on. They explained the importance of fit and "getting everything in there." They also suggested I put my shirt back on over the bra to check for lines and to see how the bras were modifying my figure. Surprisingly, some enhanced it and some didn't. They also suggested I sit down while wearing the bra since we tend to "expand" while seated. That alone helped me disqualify 3 of the 6 selections! I had never thought about doing that to help determine what's right for me which is crazy since I spend most of my life sitting down! I feel so comfortable and at ease with the bras they chose for me. I know a few basics in regards to caring for a bra, but the information they provided me with showed me there's more to it than how to wash/fold it! (Those 5 Bra Tips she shared with me were priceless and I even posted them on my Facebook Page!) They also took the time to recommend other products like their line of underwear. They are so comfortable and fit like a glove. They are so seamless that it's nearly impossible to see that I've got anything on! I've thought about those 2 ladies all week and the real connection I made with them... I was not treated as just another customer, but I experienced a real woman-to-woman sharing of knowledge and concern. It was amazing and I'll never forget it! Go there... Ask for Eugenia!
