Al darse cuenta, pidió ayuda y alguien vino a ayudarle a hacer la devolución y cobrarme como cliente, no como empleada; me pidió disculpas y me aseguró que mi dinero se devolvería en los siguiente días. Hasta allí todo bien, eso fue el 5 de Mayo. Hoy aproveché para pasar a la misma tienda en The Woodlands, Texas, y al pedirle a la manager ayuda, pues el reembolso sigue pendiente y no se libera. Le expliqué mi situación y atrevidamente sugirió que eso ellas no pueden hacer cobros así, dando a entender que yo estaba mintiendo. Fue muy vergonzoso pues había gente comprando; le expliqué de manera clara lo sucedido y solo me decía que en servicio al cliente podían hacer algo para ayudarme. Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante. The value of the bra is less than bras I get from Kohl's, just the Soma bras are more expensive for less of a time span. Please save yourself some money and a heartache and go elsewhere.

We brought it back within the required time frame, with the receipt, and we weren't asking for money back. We just wanted to get clothing that wasn't defective. The retail associates treated us like we were trying to get away with something, and they wouldn't let us exchange it or give us store credit. My daughter was crushed. Poor quality merchandise and rude customer service. Terrible way to represent themselves. I won't be spending any more money in this store.

Before I start I was emailed to attend the sips and ghoul's event on 10/24 that I RSVP'd for with the promise of 20% off, sips and treats which based on that invitation it's a dead giveaway that I am a loyal Kendra Scott customer and fan of our very own Klein, TX alumni. The store was neatly organized and initially the young man in the front notified us of the sale and what was excluded but as we walked in as I was on a mission to find a piece it seems like the employee was so bothered. I came in specifically to find a piece of jewelry that my daughter requested for her birthday and obviously spend some money. I am sorry but I have pricier, higher end pieces with genuine diamonds and I still HUMBLE myself to respect everyone in the store no matter what they wear, it wasn't until we decided to go with what looked to us the youngest employee there that managed to provide us with the best service that this store can offer. The young lady was patient and assisted me in just making a bracelet for my daughter that matches her necklace, she seemed like the only soul that was happy in this location so I was more than happy with my purchase WITH HER! Once I went to the register another associate assisted us with such mid-level customer service, I couldn't wait to leave and that is when we noticed the tiny table of mini cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzel sticks no sips!
